Player Taking The knee

Just wanted to gauge in friend individual perceptions on this.

Personally, I don’t like it every time a Football Match is being played. Are we as England going All American???

Racism has always point blank existed. Tolerance is improved, but Sincerely, I don’t really want this ‘Taking The Knee’.

Take it away from a Football Match Please.

Why? It takes all of 10 seconds. If you don’t like it for whatever reason turn away for those seconds.

Coincidentally I was thinking about his earlier when I saw a photo of the taking the knee in the Slavis Prague vs Arsenal game when Lacazette took the knee right in front of the Prague players. Slavia Prague have had racism issues before and the Czech Republic is known for its right wing views. It was a very powerful image.

That sort of thing far outweighs the fact that Nil doesn’t like it because he thinks we are going all American.

Three P’s, Brentford last year chose the stance not to take the knee. Their decision has been met with support.

It’s not in my eyes improved the level of discrimination.

Of course though, this is going to be of mixed in what people think and believe in and they are within their rights.

For me, it will not go anywhere near to solving the problem and could even make it worse. The answer is in the head of people and the more you try and thrust it on people the stronger the resistance. A way needs to be found but this is not it…all about individuals respect for humanity
