10th March 2019 at 5:24 pm #35425The Gunners have had to put on their Overalls and get their hands dirty.
They’ve so far done just enough to shut out United threat, though I still feel the away team have a goal in them and it’s going to take a lot of resilience from Arsenal to be able to hold out for the whole 90 mins.
They need to find the net again – something special from Lacazette, Ozil or Ramsey.

10th March 2019 at 5:24 pm #35426999, canβt believe youβve posted a link to what a wanna be pundits opinion is, of what he thinks a player is thinking. Absolutely no facts, no evidence, just Teddy trying to justify his lack of loyalty to Spurs. Teddy Sherringham, a poor mans Robbie Savage, and that takes some doing….Pagan

10th March 2019 at 5:28 pm #35428I’d rather stick with the transfer ban than sign Bale for silly money and silly wages too old, too expensive and too injury prone.

10th March 2019 at 5:31 pm #35429Pagan, that’s what I would be thinking if I was Kane and he can’t have been impressed with Pochettino’s 5/10 year comment.
It’s not all about money ultimately players want to win trophies which is what Sheringham did when he left Spurs.

10th March 2019 at 5:36 pm #35432To be fair, you only have to look at Phillipe’s situation at the moment at Barca. This little fella seems unhappy and not always a regular starter.
The examples of the Spanish Giants will lure you in, doll you up, show you the glitz, but comes with that is an expectation to hit the ground running.
The likely-hood is to be a bench-warmer and a shirt/merchandise mannequin. If a player wants that out of his playing career…..
Ryan Giggs was one of the few sensible ones resisting these type of offers although one could argue the point in already being at a successful and a glamorous club.

10th March 2019 at 5:46 pm #35440I to some degree see it as a stepping stone to move from one glamour glitzy club to another, e.g. a player at Barca, then going to PSG. It’s like trying out an Audi, then moving on to a BMW.
