Perspective – for the good

I genuinely see this Saturday’s game as an opportunity to kick-start our season and create a platform to put forward at least a small sequence of wins.

We’ve only lost 1 game so far in the league out of the 5 and although we sadly had a very early exit out of the League Cup, we can focus in doing everything we can to try and deliver at least one piece of silverware.

To do this, we need some perspective and to pull together and get behind the Manager who I do feel for. He needs OUR support. Let’s get behind Jurgen Klopp!

Well said! Dont understadn this “Klopp Out” frustration, it madness! Said it before if that ever happened Klopp would have a nice holiday and then walk into one of the top 5 clubs in the world. Whilst we would be scrapping the barrel searching for managers. We clearly dont have the money or recourses that can tempt elite level managers like Ancelotti/Pep/Mourinio. Klopp is an elite level manager who could have gone to any of the big teams but decided that he wanted a challenge. And yes as expected it is proving to be a challenge, but as you said newbalance lets get behind him and the players!!

All said by yourself is true and totally agreed upon.

Nobody so far has mentioned the factual point in the Manager choosing to keep faith in some of the players he inherited.

And even if he did want a complete ‘wipeout’ (which I don’t believe he did/does), the way the modern day transfer windows are, it’s just not possible to address a transitional period overnight.

I understand concerns and venom thrown in the direction of our forever problem, however as far as tenure goes, Klopp should be afforded more time.

M Wake, just wondered what your thoughts were on the draw yesterday?

Thought we did well to draw level and get back in the game. We admittedly squandered chances to go in front and finish off with a victory, but we’re growing a lot stronger in recent games.

Would be brilliant to regain Lallana back into the fold; the challenge now is the signature of Van Dijk in January 🙂
