Completely deserved imo. He led City to a very fine season.

6th June 2021 at 3:51 pm #180152Yeah the way he adapted early on to turn their form around and take them on that amazing winning run was very impressive and he is worthy winner
Moyes deserves a hell of a lot of credit too and if he had won it I wouldn’t have argued with that either

7th June 2021 at 5:04 am #180167I like Pep, but for me it should have gone to Moyes

7th June 2021 at 3:32 pm #180182Agree with that Foxy. Moyes surpassed expectations more than any other manager. City did pretty much what everyone expected, as good as that still was, mind.

7th June 2021 at 5:18 pm #180183Christophe Galtier. One for Levy to consider surely?

8th June 2021 at 4:22 pm #180211Mikus…is it a case for anyone who would “toe the line”??? I guess anybody witha good track record would want a lot of assurances before agreeing to anything with Mr Levy, then again, he has to get it right at some point. What Spurs fans are going through is what we went through years ago.

8th June 2021 at 5:11 pm #180212Brian, like Liverpool, Spurs are more of a โsell to buyโ club, so theyโre not going to bring an established top manager who is used to spending large amounts, which is why the Conte talks broke down very quickly. So I think someone like Galtier is a better fit for them, having taken Lille from the bottom to the top in a relatively short space of time, and not spending the earth either. Yes, the French league isnโt as strong, but heโs clearly someone who can the get the best out of a group. I canโt really see anyone else out there unless they go for someone like Howe and want to play the much longer game of a rebuild.
