This year sees the reissue of Motörhead’s Overkill and Bomber albums to coincide with the 40th anniversary of their original release, in 79 Motörhead were at the extreme end of the heavy metal spectrum, yet here we are 40 years later with their music being played on Radio 2….Pagan

Pagan, have you tried Radio X? Rock and Guitar based music Station.

I only listen to Radio 2 when the missus is in the Car.?

For things that are a tad heavier Planet Rock is a good radio station.

9, Planet Rock is the default setting in the car, home wise I have an internet radio which opens a whole new world of radio stations up….Pagan

Is KERRANG FM still going (or the mag for that matter)? Or am I just confused with my hazy days of the 90’s?? 🙂

Not sure about the radio station, but the magazine is still going. Still got the first couple of years worth 81 to 83 in the loft somewhere, was only monthly then.
