His style of play is horrible lads. It hasn’t worked for years and was never going to work with a club like spurs

I really think he is done. Trying to make a point with certain players etc

Spurs have good players. They have a front 4 on paper that is excellent

There is a very small part of me, about the size of a toenail, that wonders what might have happened if Maureen could get a couple of decent CB’s over the summer. I think it’s 20 points now Spuds have dropped from winning positions this season, scoring goals was never a problem…

Sure, the footy would have still been crap, but winning games is always better than losing them.

Really would have loved Diamond ‘Arry to be in charge for the rest of the season though! That really would have been fun!

Shorter than we all thought but not by much

Respect if for the reasons mentioned tho he isn’t exactly short of cash and will likely receive a mighty pay off now too …. depressing state of affairs for football and some of England’s best and greatest teams … and the spuds 🥔 😁
I think covid has brought this forward, both the number of teams in debt like Barca etc and the experiment of no fans and tv audiences with a gear nearly every day ….
could say credit to Spurs too for biting the billet tho the timing and possible reason would detract from that! Hopefully they will implode to finish below us but likely they will get a bounce and play with freedom 🤣

You just sensed he was increasingly losing the dressing room. Was never really the right fit for Spurs, but both sides probably thought it was worth a punt given his previous records. Hard to see where Jose goes next? Back to Italy somewhere?

Next for us Nancy ?

No idea in many ways I think we just need the right manager, we gave great youth and do spend cash we just spend it poorly

We got lucky with Arsene, not the best owners as this rubbish just further highlights

Not sure we will do much more than we have for the last 12 years which is feck all other than maybe the odd lucky cup

I like Arteta but the pl place does not lie especially given where gnome faced assassin is with a fairly awful Man U team that everyone seems to agree is rubbish yet comfortably 2nd and chugging along in the soon to die EL!!

I was completely wrong about Mourinho Sean. I genuinely thought he’d do what no Spurs manager has done for a long, long time and win some trophies. In fairness, he might well have done that this weekend but we’ll never know.

As for Arteta, I think it shows how far Arsenal have fallen as a club, even compared to Spurs, when they seem content with him. They have been dreadful under Arteta but they just seem happy to be in the PL at the moment. Zero ambition and it’s sad to see.
