Mo Salah – Unsung and Underrated

I’ve realised why he was chased by our former, Brendan, nearly 3 years ago.

Firstly, pure credit to him in coming to us. What has he done? Purely and simply, head down, always focused, bags of energy and prepared to deliver the extra mile such as defensive duties.

Notably for me, his finishing is like a pure natural Goalscorer; at times in a flash on target, and the other being just with sheer panache.

A slight reminder too with his pace in Andre Kanchelskis for a certain United team back in the early to middle 1990s. No nonsense; just picking up the ball and doing everything possible in dribbling at pace, and finding the back of the net.
