Some interesting fixtures on the EFL cup. Chelsea vs United, Liverpool vs Arsenal. why do City always get lucky with cups? i haven’t seen them facing bigger teams unless it’s a final? last season we faced Liverpool and Spurs. this season we already have United in our hands. anyway that is a joke. but they are playing a trick to create excitement. because the league cup has been dull.

City do seem to get easy cup draws! Their run to the FA Cup last season was

Rotherham, Burnley, Newport, Swansea, Brighton, Watford. Now they get another easy draw with the rest of the big sides all facing each other. Definitely something fishy going on ?

It’s early days and more tests lie on the way. but we have one hell of a right back at Reece James. this young man is very strong and fast. and i have to say Azpi has to produce the goodies week in week out to keep this young man at bay. and the goal he has scored tonight was fantastic. and attacking right back with pace and physicality is all we have lacked since the departure of Ivanovic. Ross Barkley, Michy Batshuayi, Callum Hudson Odoi, and the young Billy Gilmour has made their case to be considered for the Brighton match.
