Talking about trying to make someone feel better!
It’s not all doom and gloom, but Spurs need one of those Cups. I’d personally like them to win something.
Poch is understandably flat, but it’s a matter of getting back on track and winning games which I’m sure will happen.

N17-Not too old matey but they have been together for a few years,and the squad/teams needs a new direction.Time for Poch & a few players to experience new things.i.e.Toby,Jan,Eriksen,Lloris.

Mav , you are right we’ve been lucky to have them , Levy needs to pay them what they deserve and give them new contracts,or if they refuse to sign up start looking for replacements as they are few and far between .

spuds have also been lucky in that they dont lose star players or have summer long transfer drama as one of the spanish duo try to unsettle them and they do all this on lower wages than they could get elsewhere
even Harry, golden boot 3 years running and no one has really tried their hand..only now as time creeps on and no trophies turn up players like eric must think i could get more money and win a trophy elsewhere….

Been a slow afternoon in the office so plenty of time to cyber-surf…
More than a few “gossip” columns have mentioned a bit of unrest in the squad, seemingly based around the players who Spuds tried to flog and didn’t over the summer, combined with a couple of players who are in the last year of the contract.
Basically, it seems to be a bit of a similiar scenerio as to win Poncho first took over with the likes of Kaboul, Barndoor, etc… but now it’s Wee Erik, Jan, Toby, Rose & Vicky who seem to be causing the unrest, and Poncho wants them out sooner than later it seems. No idea how much of this is true, but it seems we should all be thinking Foxy Ladies favourites for third…
Going to be a long rough season methinks!!

Spurs could win the next 3 matches and that puts it into another frame, they are capable but will they be consistent..that is the question I do not think Poch would do well at RM either, the demands there will be far greater

Snakey, not sure if Spurs have been lucky to hold onto their players, I would say it was more like the players bought into the fact that they were at a club on the rise and as such it was a great wave to ride, however the club seemed to have plateaued or even regressed, which then causes players to reassess their situation…..Pagan

Just come from work to clock on to this, but can’t even access any of the online streams as pages lag to load and my box stream has been raided since Sat.
