Congrats to yourself and the other Chelsea fans. I myself loved what Liverpoiol had to offer here but I am just disgusted with the behavior of the fans.
I wont go on anymore about it but Im absolutely fuming at the “Liverpool” fans who were ironically singing about Rafa being at the wheel.
Disgusting.
As for the performance. I loved it. We were brilliant and clearly want the title. Salah is just so incredible. Jota’s goal was just as good as anything Salah ever does. Firmino has a real worry on his hands but I think he’s up to challenging for his place again. Mane was unlucky but kinda quiet.

Derbies don’t bring out the best in fans for sure mak. I wasn’t happy with some of the abuse Jose received at the bridge either but it’s inevitable really as tasteless and needless as it is bud.

Henderson goal was a beauty and my favourite but salahs goals pure pace and composure, he really has become one of the worlds best players at Liverpool. Jota goal was very well taken too π

Interesting as Henry said after the game, every team outside the top 4 either has a zero or negative goal difference. A lot of teams outside the top 4 are underperforming or simply aren’t very competitive.

It’s all relative though Mikus. It no more indicates that they are under-performing, just as much as it doesnt state that the top 3 are just the best PL teams ever.
it’s definitely interesting and I’d not have expected that. I think the PL is very competitive, it’s just that the top 3 are far and away better than anyone else. Last season it was 1, the 2 seasons before, it was 2. 3 is good.

Arsenal bring a lot of their problems onto themselves by overdoing the play out from the back when they haven’t got the right players to do so. Against Liverpool it was crazy that they kept doing it even though everyone knows how much the Liverpool front 3 will press. Might not have led to a goal but more often than not led to a turn over in possession. Utd won’t do that, they don’t press.
Think Arsenal will have more possession and utd hit on the break. I fancy Arsenal to win they look the better team at the moment.

Ragnick is w good appointment in my view threeps but di utd have the players to implement his tactics? To many lazy players there and itβs going to be very interesting to see if they can get them pressing hard and absolutely run their backs off as thatβs how he plays. Also he doesnβt have much time to get his ideas across and the matches are coning thick and fast. Going to be very interesting
I fancy them againest Arsenal who have no balls when going to a big away ground

Yeah Sean going to be interesting regarding Ragnick, as we know he likes his teams to press. Utd don’t have enough players to press, you need everyone doing it or the opposition will have an outlet. Its also isn’t something you can just adapt to straight away, it took Klopp a while to get his team to do it correctly. A high back line is better used as it compresses the play which is needed for a press, maybe Varane and Bailey will be the more suitable pairing when fit?
He is also a builder of teams from the bottom up with far more modest means. Someone who develops youth and systems. But this takes time and utd will be about challenging and winning now or in the not too distant future.

All true having researched myself about Ragnick. I don’t think it’s so much about the laziness, but boy the game is ridiculous at times like Basketball and played 100 miles an hour. The players have to be machines for 90s minutes.

I see now that Grealish was booed by the Villa fans yesterday. This is more of it. Just disgusting.
It really is hard to love the game when this and all the other stuff from yesterday is widely accepted. So many fans who havent an ounce of character, really just ruining the experience for others.
