Our Guys have been in fine flow and absolutely delighted. Just (don’t want to use the word hate), but dislike. He plays for a drab draw all the time to try and chance something at the other end. Gamesmanship……

TBH i think the issue is that our finishing is lifeless. The amount of chances that we’ve created. look at the highlights later and count wetbag efforts that we’re finishing the often quite nice build up play with.
I dont think we need to change how we’re defending, we just need to start putting a bit of salsa into those shots.

You go 1-0 up againest a jose team, you canβt concede such a soft goal like that as itβs going to be very hard to create many more chances.
Itβs far to much of a gamble playing that high. It really is especially without vvd.

Aye Nil, I wouldnt want Hose (cheers for that Sean, he doesnt deserve the hard J :P) at our club because we’d be wasting all the talent that we’ve got and missing out on a spectacle but it’s an effective way of playing. we knew he’d play liek this beforehand and Klopp is clearly happy to let him carry on. Klopp is confident that we can out-score them, whilst defending well enough and I do think we’re defending well enough, regardless of the predictable break away goal.
How many goals could we have right now had our lads been finishing like they very very often do? the game would be over. it;’s be 4 or 5 -1 now.
we have 45 mins to get this right. I wouldnt make any changes at half time but if I were Klopp, obviously he’d got to address the finishing.

I was more worried about this match before it started. I do think we’ll win this. The forwards have got to step up. We’ve been exploiting the left a lot, perhaps bring Trent into it more now. Not that I have an issue with exploiting the left, Robertson is on fire today but the style of attack from the left is less suitable to what we want against Spurs. Where-as trent bombing in a few crosses might do it .

Jesus, that slide onto the ball, control, turn and shot from Kane was genuinely brilliant. I dont think there is a player on our team who could do that. The only Liverpool player who comes to mind was Suarez back in the day.
