Not entirely sure if the Spuds are playing, I see no reason why they wouldn’t be as it’s in Portugal rather than London, and I would expect a strong side anyway and get those points in the bank before the need for rotation kicks in… would fancy us for another 3 points against Sporting Lisbon.

Fair enough, wonder if it’s going to be on my telly, as last weeks wasn’t. As mentioned elsewhere, just hope Royal isn’t playing… to be fair, he hasn’t been pants defensively, just offers nothing going forwards. I swear I can see the rest of the team thinking twice before everytime they pass to him…

Yeah banjo conte needs his wing backs to be pretty decent offensively. Moses and Alonso were perfect for him but never would want then in bad 4.

Think sessengon is perfect type of player and perisic even better but both on left.

Arsenal game called off due to lack of Police? Surely we have an army that can step in for such a massive national events? Are we literally publicly declaring that the only thing the police have time for is the funeral 🤔 That’s a bit of a strange message! Get the army in, at least in London I say.

Metropolitan Police Commissioner Mark Rowley said “We are going to be putting thousands of officers into this because of the level of security required and the millions of people whom want to pay their respects.”

The Queen will lie in state at Westminster Hall ahead of her funeral on 19 September.

Number 10 said the Army will be “on hand” to assist alongside the “significant” police operation, with 1,500 military personnel available.

Scotland Yard’s new commissioner says the Queen’s funeral presents “a massive challenge to the Metropolitan Police and to me personally”.

Not the most brilliant of games, Spurs looking more likely to score, as it might but probably not, and Celtic looking very unlikely to score… this has 0-0 all over it….

,,,and just as I say that little Messi fella does his best impression of Maradonna 86 with quite a brilliant little run around 4 Spuds players, lovely little 1-2, and Hugo barely kept that out, highlight of the half and a half… even I was disappointted for him there!
