This is my argument all along; people telling me Trent’s ‘World Class’. Klopp or the coaching team of some nature sanctioning ‘license’ for Trent to place emphasis up the top end of the pitch means he will use up his energy. Realistically, it’s too much to then ask/demand to run back from all he has already committed so therefore, somebody else has to ‘mop up’.

Gomez to me is taken by surprise. How many seasons have we had this????? Gomez needs to go and as I type, 2-0 to Napoli.

Not able to see the game but the scoreline doesn’t surprise me. A difficult place to get a result at the best of times, but the form the team is in at the moment, I feared it was always going to be a bad night. Too many things not right, from the form of the defence, the issues in midfield, and the transition up top. I’m thinking there’ll be changes at HT.
