Absolutely love Bobby mikuis. One of my favorite players. Delighted he has got two tonight.

28th September 2021 at 9:43 pm #185893Peps been told to bring in a goal scoring forward but he don’t want to listen. It’s too late now. It’s too late now.

28th September 2021 at 9:45 pm #185896Even if he’s not scoring Sean, he nearly always gives something to the team. Jones also very impressive tonight.
Nine, lovely finish by Messi, none better at that kind of goal.

28th September 2021 at 9:45 pm #185897Great goal by Messi but a travesty of a result but that’s the way it goes sometimes.
We have been the better team but not scored and that is what counts.
But PSG are everything I hate about modern football._____________________________

28th September 2021 at 9:52 pm #185898Mikuis, Bobby is a delight to watch in full flow. Jones excellent today. Good dominant performance.
Adlab, I agree. Absolutely despise psg and the way their plates carry themselves

28th September 2021 at 10:04 pm #185903Just saw messi goal? Unreal finish.
Psg away is one of the toughest games as the players carry on and play acting is the worst Iβve ever seen

28th September 2021 at 11:24 pm #185905Yeah, I’ve seen the highlights too. When we talk about the best footballer debate and Greatest of players on the current circuit, Messi shades it for me.
The way he conducts himself and the example he sets. Put aside PSG, and all the bling, when he gets down to playing, he still delivers and with no arrogance at all.
Top Top Guy.

29th September 2021 at 2:49 am #185907AnonymousI used to say that Messi shades it but the guy is a total ****. I have no respect for him as a person, so I won’t consider him in any such discussions of best ever player.
He had the chance to come play in the PL and honestly, he’s just a greedy coward for refusing the opportunity. You can see why he stayed in Spain all these years too, handy way to pad stats. Like him or not, Ronaldo came to the PL twice, because he’s up for a challenge.
I don’t know if I’d call Ronaldo the best ever either but he’s closer IMO. Why does the best ever have to be an attacker? Maybe Jamie Carragher was the best player of all time? π

30th September 2021 at 6:38 am #185944What an impact Ronaldo has had but Iβve no idea how utd won that game. Simimist to the wolves game in the first half. Great atmosphere but villareal be kicking themselves. So many missed chances and brilliant from de gea. Great game.Utd badly needed to win and they did that so FairPlay

30th September 2021 at 6:56 am #185946AnonymousI totally forgot about the CL until this morning. My American friend married a woman from Villarreal and he’s basically adopted the lifestyle, team etc. Funnily enough, I had converted him into a Liverpool fan before he even knew his wife, so he has 2 teams. Wasn’t difficult to convert him though, as he was born and raised in Boston.
This will be a bitter pill for him but he should be back in Spain for the return match.

30th September 2021 at 6:59 am #185947Just on Ronaldo, what a machine. The only thing is he doesnβt run/press. I think itβs upsets the side as others push up to press but his goajs are priceless. On my going on last night as first time Iβve really watched nearly a full utd game so maybe Iβm wrong

30th September 2021 at 4:55 pm #185966Ronald Koeman will be sacked by FC Barcelona today.
Xavi and Robert MartΓnez are the favourites to replace the Dutchman._____________________________

30th September 2021 at 5:39 pm #185967AnonymousI don’t think he will be sacked today, or even anytime soon. Koeman has several protective clauses in his contract, where he would stand to get paid very handsomely were they to cancel his contract early. Barca want to sack him but can’t afford to.

30th September 2021 at 8:07 pm #185969There comes a time no matter what it costs Barca they will have to make a decision on Koeman I suspect something might happen over the international break or just after if it’s to be Martinez?
I feel a bit for Koeman because he was dealt a very difficult hand of cards but a change is probably needed.

1st October 2021 at 6:27 am #185989Just saw the highlights, don’t think the result was ever in doubt (their goal is worth googling, he’ll never score another like that!), 3 smart finishes from Harry, hopefully he’ll go on a “splurge” now, nice finish from Cecil… bit of a “won” peno from Dele, but some quite nice all round play from my boys during the 90 minutes…
Not the best “opposition” for sure, but a nice confidence building performance, hopefully they can carry that over to Sunday against the Villians..

1st October 2021 at 7:05 am #185993Basically the media reporting Koeman about to go, they nearly always right when it comes to sacking. Clubs who have financial issues should be more careful of the contracts they sign with coaches or management.
