maybe thats because he wants to keep it rather than cash in, besides thats the club value, when you take in to what Roman is likely owed on top of the worth of the club its likely why too…

These type of reports are nonsense…
Something, anything, is worth exactly what the person buying thinks it worth, end of story… otherwise they wouldn’t buy it… look at Chelsea for an example… Roman thinks its worth more than 2 billion, the person waving the wedge about doesn’t, hence Roman still owns it…
Personally, I think Chelsea are worth about 4 pound 50 and a packet of Monster Munch, but I can’t see Roman taking that offer either! 🙂

Yep Chucky is right it’s all a bit of nonsense and something is only worth what someone else will pay for it but in fairness Chucky I think an additional few Mars Bars in your valuation would be fairer.?
