Hard one to call, I’ve gone 3 all. Liverpool will press hard but Spurs are arguably better defensively and have Kane upfront to capitalise on liverpools leaky defence. Really looking forward to watching this one as a neutral.

2nd February 2018 at 8:56 pm #14498Sanchez II looks like his been there for years, you would never guess he’s 21 and playing his first year in the Prem. He could go a long, long way in the game, and has arguably the best two CB’s in the Prem to continue to learn from…
Bacon muncher, yeap, after our trip up Norff we’ve got the Sheep Shaggers Wednesday and then the goonies…

3rd February 2018 at 1:24 am #14501AnonymousI’m gong to step outside the norm on this one. I see the danger in Spurs and if they score first then it’s going to maybe be the opposite of what I am about to say but…
I’m thinking that the team that I put our there (especially with those WBs) that we could thrash Spurs. I’m going to say, a very crazy, 6-0.
To Liverpool obviously.
I once predicted 8-0 for liverpool in a match that I dont think we even won and I was picked apart for it but I have good reasons for picking a high score-line (and I’ll never pick one against us)/.. .
this will be a game with goals and we’re at home. , spurs are very comfortable to play against the weak liverpool. we have all the players in the world that you coul possibly want to counter a high line and also, firminos and axlades industrious nature ontop of winjaldums unshakable on the ball abilities (which nobody seems to give him credit for) are really essential. if we play the midfield that I want, I think we’ll outpace Spurs without moving a whole lot. They will refuse to defend and our one-touch counter attacking will obliterate them.
for all the liverpool fans who will see this as a witch curse, fuck off and die in a fire. I’m being really ambitious but I have given my reasons.

3rd February 2018 at 9:27 am #14511At the moment, if anything was to hold me back from total optimism, it’s both Mignolet and Karius.
Like the Sane goal, all I see is Kane being able to squeeze one in to make it 1-1, then a blunder from a corner or something like that to make it 2 going into half-time.
I honestly don’t want to think like this, but those Keepers really to transform themselves as we could squander everything we’ve worked for this season and end up with nothing to shout for.

4th February 2018 at 3:53 pm #14655TAA, the only real concern as we could be exposed, but actually glad we have a strong midfield to stifle theirs. Hopefully all 3 get stuck in and boss it.

4th February 2018 at 4:33 pm #14658AnonymousI’m not liking the selection for midfield. Whats the point in having super fast players up top if you’re going to have a slow midfield? reletively slow of course but I’d have preferred :
Ox – Henderson – Wijnaldum

4th February 2018 at 4:35 pm #14659AnonymousA great start though π
But my point is that we need to have the midfield that is capable of that high tempo, one touch football that we play when we’re at our best. when you’re looking at exposing a high line, this combined with the front 3 we have, can be utterly devastating.

4th February 2018 at 5:12 pm #14662You can’t afford to gift Liverpool chances as Dier did with players like Salah on the pitch.

4th February 2018 at 5:26 pm #14664We are the much better side but we need that 2nd goal. Spurs will surely improve and we canβt keep clean sheets. I think we need another 2 to win. We havenβt taken our chances which will come back to haunt us. Kane just needs one chance
