Seventh heaven for Liverpool tonight. Congrats to all the Liverpool lads on here.

Great to see all 5 PL teams go through with Chelsea the only PL team not to grab top spot.

The CL starts for real now with the Round of 16 draw on Monday with some tough teams potentially awaiting all but at this stage of the competition they are all good teams.

Even so I’m hoping for Besiktas.?

maverick – not quite sure that will be the case. yes liverpool had 2 outstanding performances but they also struggled to qualify in an easy group, taking it to the last game. on their day, going forward liverpool are breathtaking and a joy to watch, but i cant see any of the big clubs worrying too much about them or any of the english teams, bar city.

Pax-Yes that is mate,the on-form Liverpool can tear any team apart and that is what they were last night,simply brilliant.But they have to keep-up that level of performance for every game.As for EPL teams not being feared in Europe,I can only speak about United-any a half-decent team and we are out!

real and barca are still the teams to beat. once the knockout rounds begin the will improve drastically.

Spurs showed that Real can be beaten,Barca have struggled to score goals too apart from the Juve game.I just think that both teams are too old now,their best players are past their best!
