NB Site’s like this are all about different opinions, it’d be a pretty boring site if everyone just said the same stuff & felt the same way. Who gives a toss if someone doesn’t think the same, I enjoy reading different views & quite often agree with a lot of what they say. Just because I don’t think we will progress like others do I won’t be getting all up tight about it & stop posting. We all want LFC to be successful, we just have different views on how we are going about getting there.
As for health warnings & just living it (whatever that means), I’m 1 of the more negative on here but I’m lucky to live an awesome life & I’m more than happy. Whilst I don’t like seeing LFC lose or fail it certainly doesn’t make me depressed (maybe a little angry I suppose) or interfere with my life. Stop taking it so personal mate when others have a different view._____________________________

14th October 2017 at 1:41 am #6070G’day Maverick, boring 0-0 or 1-1 would not surprise me at all. I just get the feeling it’s inevitable they will score, pretty much everyone does against us. I also see no reason why we will all of a sudden start converting the chances we create, esp with no Mane.
Hopefully I’ll be able to come on here after the game & say “who was that fool that said we’d struggle to score & they’d definitely score”._____________________________

14th October 2017 at 11:57 am #6073Teams are in, no real surprises considering the injury issues going on. Would say YooUtd don’t look quite as strong as they have done this season, now with Bailly missing as well. Still think Maureen is just going to sit back and maybe try his luck with the counter…
As a neutral, we need an early goal to stop everybody watching (and playing!) falling asleep!

14th October 2017 at 1:15 pm #6074Well said Oz.
A good game evenly balanced with both keepers making good saves to keep it nil nil. A really enjoyable watch though and much more open than last year’s game at Anfield.
Difficult to pick a winner Rashford off the bench with circa 30 mins to go might swing it United’s way? Or Sturridge off the bench for Liverpool as he is a natural goal scorer?

14th October 2017 at 1:25 pm #6077Do not know why people expect anything else from Jose`teams in games like these.Defend with 12 men and try and counter-attack.Very boring so far.

14th October 2017 at 1:30 pm #6080First one could have easily been a yellow for Lukaku on another day, the second incident I don’t think there was any intent.

14th October 2017 at 1:33 pm #6081Dominating as expected & struggling to score as expected. Hopefully 2nd half will see someone in red score, I think we deserve it.

14th October 2017 at 2:04 pm #6089No peno? Had his ankles nipped inside the box for me… went down like a sack of spuds, granted, but had “reasonable cause”, to use a legal beagle term.

14th October 2017 at 2:11 pm #6093Lukaku will score for fun against “lesser” teams, but will struggle against top-teams cos of Jose setting-up to defend.
