Fortunately Liverpool are playing Preston Mak.
Whatever team Klopp puts out and whoever is in goal I just can’t see Liverpool not progressing they are in a very very good place currently.

Mak, yeah as far as I’m aware mate.
We can integrate some players who haven’t played as many games this season so far. E.g. Taki. Gomez too. I want to see more of him. Kostas will probably play, but The Daily Express have reported they’ll be kids playing.
It’s Pep Linders’ call I’m led to believe.

Yeah, I’m with you on that Mak. We’ll have to wait and see. I hope it’s not all kids. They need to include e.g. Origi and Minamino. I think the initial plan might have been to play Milner to guide the kids. We need a few seniors in there.

Hi guys…I am still here! Really sorry I haven’t posted for ages…just not really felt like it, though I do come on the site on a regular basis. I will try to ramp up a few posts. God knows, if I can’t post a bit at this moment, I never will!
As 9 says above, we are in such a good place at the moment, with only injuries as a cloud currently. We have the current best player in the world playing for us, and just what a player he is. Despite the fact that we have had some truly great players playing for us over the last 50 years, we have never had the best player in the world in our colours. Kenny wasn’t in Cruyff’s league, Souness wasn’t in Maradona’s league, Barnes couldn’t match up to Gullitt or Van Basten, Gerrard was out shone by Zidane or fat Ronaldo, and up till recently Messi and narcissist Ronaldo have shared the best player accolades between them. But Mo is, on current form, THE BEST, outshining Mbappe, Neymar etc. Lewandowski and Benzema are both scoring goals, but in easier leagues, and KDB is still getting back to his best after injury.
So enjoy it while it lasts, and treasure the time he is with us, hopefully a few years yet!
Of course the other cloud is the form and excellence of our two rivals, Man City and Chelsea. It really is shaping up to be an exciting league with 3 superb teams and as important, 3 superb managers. Which leads me to Solskjaer! Ha! There is the difference!
Anyway, will try to post more and support the site. Good lads on here, one and all, and it needs posters posting regularly. Guilty as charged!

Good to hear from you Hightown, hope all is well. Salah just jaw dropping at the moment. It might have been said that Suarez had a bit more skill about him, but not anymore. The way he’s beating people now – even if he finds himself completely surrounded – is Maradona like. Just so strong, so skillful, and so clinical.

Mak, Iβll never get carried away but absolutely love watching us at the minute.
Still think we can improve but watford, Madrid and Utd was just so perfect. The lads and manager have been unbelievable so far this season

Nico Williams deserved his MOM yesterday. This kid is really coming through. His desire and a first class attitude. Adrian too with his saves keeping us in the game. He was really switched on and credit to him too.
Ljinders I think was just about the Press, but interesting observation seeing Klopp in giving us the impression of his interest in this particular cup competition where essentially, we’ve not done well in his reign.
I was happy with the team selection. Hopefully we get a lucky draw and then progress to the Semis.
