I heard a rumor this morning there were 3 messages on Woody Woodwoods answerphone, the first was De Gea’s agent, saying his man is the best in his potion in the world and should have the same deal as Sanchez, the second was Pogba’s agent, saying his man is the best up and coming mid-fielder in the world and should have the same deal as Sanchez, the third was Lukoko’s agents, saying his man has a really larger penis…

19th January 2018 at 11:45 am #13015Gravity is related to the distance between the earths surface and the centre of the earth and not heat. Actually gravity is less in equatorial countries than it is closer to the poles, as the earth is flatter at the poles and the distance to the centre is less than at the equator. Also on a local level rock type has a small influence on the gravitational force.

19th January 2018 at 12:17 pm #13019If it is true that Sanchez will cost Β£180m,United should just have added another Β£20m and gone for Kane!

Is that you Jim ? Or Professor Brian Cox ? π
I see Martin Keown has laid into Sanchez in his daily mail column.
Anyone brave enough to tell him face to face they disagree with him ?Sanchez has got to be the biggest mercenary in football.
Manchester City have wanted to sign Sanchez since the summer and, if no deal is done in January, they will be waiting for him at the end of the season.
City would be the natural place for Sanchez to go to develop his football. He has worked with Pep Guardiola before.
But for Sanchez, this is clearly not about going to the best team, working with Guardiola and taking his game to another level.
He has probably thought that he will not get a better offer if he waits until the summer, so he might as well take the best deal on offer now. It has been all about the money.
From Manchester Unitedβs point of view, they had to blow City out of the water. Signing Sanchez takes them up a few notches when it comes to competing with their rivals.
Ultimately, if we want to have a competitive league, City cannot have all the best players.

I don’t think (if we believe the press reports) they had to offer him as much that’s been reported?
Unless PSG or someone comes in with a mind blowing offer ?_____________________________

19th January 2018 at 12:43 pm #13023Personally, I’m trying to get my head around as to where exactly Sanchez will slot? He’s an attack-minded type of guy. Jose tends to hold back with just one at the top rather that a direct 4-3-3 which I feel would have suited Sanchez more.
If anything, Man City would be a much better move. What do I know though?
There’s loads of players there already in Pogba, Martial, Rashford, Lakaku, Lindgard, Mata, and Mikhitariyan. Plus Fellani and Young on the fringes.

19th January 2018 at 2:07 pm #13031Nil-Mata is a waste of space and time,Rashford has been rubbish this season,Martial and Lingard extremely inconsistent, brilliant one game or two then completely disappearing.Yes Lingard has scored some vital goals for us,but it will probably be Rashford missing out.Lukaku is the only striker to play regularly! Mikhi will go to Arsenal,Fellaini is a completely different type of player and only a part-time one.

19th January 2018 at 3:47 pm #13044ppt-Only @ United is Fellaini a player, anywhere else, and he would not be allowed anywhere near the stadium.
