17th January 2018 at 8:22 pm #12872AnonymousMav – I cannot believe that as being true. That is an insane figure.
Lots of media are saying Β£14m, which is similar to Pogba and Lukaku.

17th January 2018 at 9:03 pm #12882AnonymousNo, it would dwarf that. And that was without the huge signing on fee too – which is why itβs been misreported imo. Who negotiates a salary net of tax anyway?!

17th January 2018 at 9:04 pm #12883Mav, crazy money for Sanchez if true but if he helps United win the PL and or the CL?
He could have a real impact at United imo._____________________________

17th January 2018 at 9:39 pm #12889Chucky has more chance of passing Little Banjo through his Medical and thereafter treating him to a Walls Icecream π π π Not a bad start for January. He could become a played valued 1.9 π Celebrations or Quality Street π
Meanwhile, what is going on at the Emirates?????

18th January 2018 at 3:00 pm #12949Copypasted from the Fail… what a joke!!
– United have agreed to make Sanchez the club’s highest-ever earner and the highest paid player in Premier League history.
– Chilean will earn a staggering Β£450,000-a-week at Old Trafford. That comprises a basic wage of Β£350,000 and an additional Β£100,000 in image rights.
– He will be paid a Β£7.5m signing-on fee every year for the four years of his contract.
– His deal will run until 2023.
By my calculations, I make that a grand total of 135,600,000 over 4 and half years…. and that doesn’t include agents fees….
I seriously hope this is wrong…even Banjo is jealous.

18th January 2018 at 3:25 pm #12955Not doubting he can kick a football real good, but I’m showing my age here, 577,000 a week, A WEEK to kick that fooking football?
It’s obscene mate, no other word for it.

18th January 2018 at 3:45 pm #12958Chuckles, every time you buy an Adidas product, or use your broadband, you know your being overcharged so he can get his obscene salary….Pagan

18th January 2018 at 3:50 pm #12959Every time I go on twitter it seems to go up by about Β£100k a week! We’re all quick to slate the papers when they talk about transfer rumours so why is everyone all of a sudden believing them now? I don’t for a minute believe he’d be on Β£577,000 a week.

18th January 2018 at 3:55 pm #12960Ed, Chuckles worked that out by incorporating his alleged salary, image rights and signing on fees and dividing it by the contract length, so it could be reasonably accurate if the figures he used are close to being correct….Pagan

18th January 2018 at 4:23 pm #12965AnonymousAnd to think we only needed to beat the Β£250k a week City were offering! Ed is a fool if we’re paying him Β£577k a week.
Pogba et al must been booking appointments for new contracts as we speak.

18th January 2018 at 4:54 pm #12969Suggestions that Sanchez will sign a four and a half year contract with the whole deal costing United Β£180m. Mind boggling if accurate but Sanchez is a great player though and may well help United win major titles over the next few years
