Conte has used the old chestnut of not being able to hear the monkey chants aparantly aimd at Lukaku.
He may well be right but to not defend his player by saying racism is wrong sits uneasy with me. It’s like juve and the Kean situation again where the captain and managed failed to condemn it.
Not going to post the video on here. Italy has a serious problem.

2nd September 2019 at 1:26 pm #46934AnonymousYes, agree with all that lads, Think we’re going to see more of this and it has hit our grounds and chelsea’s Over the last few seasons.
Point and boo at individuals who do it, pour your beer over the morons and generally make them feel not welcome.
Fully support players and teams not fulfilling fixtures if it continues. What is wrong with people.

It’s not football’s responsibility alone to stamp out racism.

2nd September 2019 at 6:27 pm #46953Isms are a big problem made worse by social media, people used to sit at home watching footy and the like and in a fit of rage they would say or think to themselves unpleasant things, things that they don’t necessarily believe and in a more rational state of mind wouldn’t say and in the cold light of day would be deeply ashamed in doing so, now however they post it online, and once done there’s no going back, not sure quite how you stop that.
Obviously there are the minority who are racist, homophobic etc, and at matches and in general life it’s up to society in general to make it unacceptable ….Pagan

8th September 2019 at 11:27 am #47208AnonymousStevo… Inter Led by Conte who, I think, by extension is a racist because he didnt defend his player… (I wonder if Lukaku still thinks he’s still the best manager in the world). Strangely, Conte worked at Juve under a racist director of football and when Everton’s teenage striker Moise Kean was racially abused by fans, his manager, Allegri and club captain blamed the player.
Rather than tackle the problem, Juve sold the player. You can wear the black and white of Juve but it appears you cannot be a black player at the club or anywhere in Italy.
