interesting what you say about automation Brian, we all think of low paid chinese sweat shops undercutting the rest of the world but if as you say they are actually embracing automation more than we are then i fnd that interesting

a reason given for not doing more of that in the west is the loss of jobs 9until new industries can pick up the slack) and you would think its an issue for china too having lifted much of thepopulation out of poverty?

Steve…an advantage China have is a huge domestic market and due to the future clout they will have will be a stronger exporter and I expect them to be building there own RR, Ferrari Porches etc with electric motors. They will not be good at everything though and the ability to problem solve will take them years more. They supply equipment without really understanding what they are supplying it for in some areas, ie,g, Chemical engineering which I was involved with

interesting view point Brian, interesting world times ahead, we of course have the never ending story (brexit), North Korea and China and of course the mess that is the middle east with an ever increasingly bellegerent Iran…someting seems like something will give it some point, i thought the attack on Saudi might have already triggered something …
