“Iβve given up trying to keep the peace on here mate fight it out between yourselves if thatβs what you want to do”
What kind of moderator are you? You step in with a heavy hand if a Liverpool fan says something but when a man city fan says something that is genuinely provocative, you’re not only hands off but actually saying that fighting was our goal all along? Fight if that’s what you want to do? I would prefer to have equal treatment. Too many Liverpool fans it seems. well keep this shit up and there will be fewer. Maybe that’s the goal? Just outright say so if thats the case.

10th October 2019 at 11:11 pm #49881Anonymous“The good fortune. Limited key injuries. And whilst we wont agree will we Sean β some v good decisions.
So dont worry chaps we are still here!Counting chickens? I got the feeling you thought it was done and dusted after 8 games. Hence there β are still 30 games to goβ.”
You have yet to name a single incident where luck went our way. as for the rest tho… “I got the feeling you thought it was done and dusted”.. Im honestly really tired of you. you’re just a fucking troll and I have really had it with you now. There is no liverpool fan on here who has even barely suggested that its done and dusted. you’re just a bitter old [edited] and I’ll have nothing to do with your shit.
if you lads want me to leave the forum I’ll do it. I can deal with banter and bitter [edited] but I will not stand for preferential treatment, so you make your call lads and Im good with the results.
This is inflammatory nonsense though. If i feel the desire to degrade opinion, I go to TT. I come here for mature discussion. whatever.

10th October 2019 at 11:29 pm #49883Mak, come on mate let’s not slip into those sort of insults we all need to be better than that on here.
As for your attack on me every time I step in and say anything I’m pulled up for being heavy handed which is why I said what I did.

10th October 2019 at 11:29 pm #49884If this is the type of reaction and continuous residual resentment coming out every-time there’s something going in LFC’s favour or they Win, then quite frankly, I’m better off without this place.
I have a lot of stress impacted genuinely at the moment and I don’t need anymore.
Quite right Sean. It’s some kind of a stigma attached. There’s a lot of stuff others get away with yet it never gets picked up on and this is one of them. I can see why Alfie left now.
Too many bricks thrown than kind exchanges.

10th October 2019 at 11:46 pm #49886AnonymousNine, that’s a load of crap. This “everytime” has happened to be against Liverpool posters only. You are right that the last time you stepped in, I said you were in the wrong. I was diplomatic about it and you were in the wrong. You jumped the gun and started talking about us not chasing off City fans, at the drop of a hat.
Here you’re in the wrong for not doing the same the other way, because it’s actually warranted this time.
You can tell me that this place is better than the language I’ve used but the provocation is fine. I only asked for equal treatment and I get a shrug in return. How else am I to respond?
Ed, delete my account. Im done here. Lads I’ll see you on TT. I’ll of course be pretty much only spitting vitriol at the scum on it but whatever.
Nine, you’ve got to read back over this and realise that you’re in the wrong here, not for me. I will not come back this time. For you. No hard feelings in a way but Im also not happy about this.

11th October 2019 at 12:04 am #49887This thread was actually going along quite well with posts relating to the thread title up until Page 3 and the post from 4:35.
What’s even caused that because I don’t see anything inflammatory or aggravating?
This should have been posted back on the Weekend Football Thread if there was further reflection to add, but even so, one should be able to move on. We’re on International Week, so it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but why the urge to pick a fight from nowhere and the vitriol too?

11th October 2019 at 2:05 am #49888AnonymousNil, you’re the last person on here who should be questioning why people are reacting in any way whatsoever. Maybe you should just shut up?

11th October 2019 at 2:16 am #49891Jeez this has turned into a s**t storm, Adlab is hilarious, every time city drop points or don’t play up to their lofty standards he has a chop at LFC. Threeps is spot on the money, have a laugh at the bitterness & don’t take it seriously.
As for the current best manager, I personally like a manager that builds a team into a major force and for me that’s what Klopp does. Could Pep build a club like Klopp has us without the gazillions of dollars? Maybe but I don’t think we will ever know as he doesn’t take on those challenges. Yes we’ve spent a lot but got a lot back in sales as well. Getting the jigsaw to fit so to speak.
Don’t get me wrong I think Pep is awesome at getting the best out of players & plays some awesome football but Klopp builds teams form top to bottom. Either way they are both world class managers. Maybe a little biased but thats just my take.Take care folks & here’s to the end of these blood internationals, they obviously make some a little up tight & they annoy the bejeezus out of me.

11th October 2019 at 2:50 am #49892Mak, I’ve kept out of your way as well as your arguments, so I’m not sure why you’re addressing to me. This was on that back on your comment/request to me the other night which I’ve not forgotten about.
Not good at all.

11th October 2019 at 2:58 am #49893I’ve never had any problems with Adlab. Maybe it’s the threat levels plus Liverpool coming so close last season that’s causing him to react in such way.
When Pep hit 100 points, there wasn’t nobody really challenging as the gap was 25 points.
I think bookies were paying out when the stats were 18 2 lost 1. They were on a different planet.
The argument towards Pep being the best for me wont sit 100% because he didn’t achieve what Klopp achieve with Dortmund. He basically turned them from doubters to believers and look at the way he’s transformed Liverpool.

11th October 2019 at 3:29 am #49894AnonymousNil, you say you’ve kept out of my way “as well as my arguments” yet last week you decided to randomly have a bit of a go. You’re utterly insane, you know that.
You are such a suck up too. “I’ve never had a problem with Adlab”.. you have a problem with everyone who even blinks, Johnny Eggshell. You’ll lose your mind at the parked cars, the next morning switch to this disgusting over-compensating, suck up mode. Honestly, I prefer you when you’re wasted and unable to create a coherent sentence than the spineless piece of shit that you are in apologetic mode the day after.
“This was on that back on your comment/request to me the other night which Iβve not forgotten about.
Not good at all.”
What a fucking psycho.

11th October 2019 at 5:54 am #49895Well this all got a bit out of hand didn’t it. You’re all quality posters but everyone needs to remember that tolerance levels need to be higher if a general football site like this is going to work.
Adlab winds me up at times with his anti Liverpool and anti Utd posts and I have no problem with people digging him out over it as long as posts are kept civil and sensible. I do like Adlab, aside from that though!
Mak, another quality poster but you need to tone down your reactions. I know you want to have your account deleted. I’d very much like you to reconsider. Give it a couple of days for the heat to die down following this and if you feel the same, I’ll happily delete it for you. Really don’t like editing or deleting posts but I’ve made a change to one where I think you went over the top with your insults.
Nil, as Mak suggests, you’re probably not the best person to start getting involved and lecturing other posters in times like these. You’re often the one reacting to anyone and everyone. Friendly advice, best stay away from things like this.
I’m closing this thread now and politely reminding everyone that we need to be more tolerant of other posters if a site like this is going to work.
