That ‘protocol’ can only be applied to certain players who have a high conversion rate. Don’t know about Noble’s background.
But it takes a reliable and a special player. Having said that, a Penalty in reality is a lottery and if he had put that away, Moyes would be receiving praise for that tactic.

Credit to spurs for the way they set up, great effort and was close first half but second half men vs boys, top class from tuchel but you have to have the players on the bench too and nuno don’t have that.
