I think that needs looking at too going forward. Trent unnecessarily pushed the Spurs player really risking a Pen and it was a Pen. No doubt in my eyes. We got away with that one, but this must be clamped down.

Guys we need to put on a run of straight victories. At least 5 on the bounce. Build block-by-block as well as trying to stay injury-free.
Always a tricky year with it being the World Cup and that no doubt will be on players’ minds, it’s natural.
I have Respect and give credence to those teams in Newcastle and Arsenal occupying places whereby they haven’t so that’s something Liverpool will have to try and overcome, but we are where we are and I see at best 6th. Please I be proven wrong.

Wow, that last period was hard to watch and it was like all the fizz taken out. Gravity to Spurs all the time with the ball spending more time in the air.
We haven’t often won these battles on their soil. Finally though after some difficult head-to-heads.
Still loads of repair work needed in this squad. We are mid-table at best.
Not too glamourous, but I’ll take the 3 points. Rock On!
