Yeah Nil we have developed some good players into top players, Mo being the perfect example. To be honest I didn’t think Sterling would become the player he has either so credit where it’s due, Pep has done a great job with him. I hope your right on winning trophy’s mate, hopefully it’ll start with the C/L this month. I must admit I’m not overly confident (surprise surprise haha), I thought spurs bettered us at Anfield & they’ll be a hell of an opponent again. I’d love to see us go full on heavy metal against them, it’s the last game of the season & IMO it’s the best way to play them as I don’t think they could go with us if we played that way. I do think if we play it cagey they can match us & give us problems with Kane & co so I say lets go at them & bring the trophy back to Liverpool.

I’ve not seen anything but I can’t believe the City players would sing a song about Sean Cox. As I say I’ve not seen it but the City players strike me as being a pretty decent bunch…KDB, David Silva and certainly Kompany would have put a stop to that surely.

Oz, very good point made mate with Sterling. That’s a huge credit to Pep.

Of late, we have gone with a no-nonsense approach and all-guns-blazing to get through games.

Having had time to digest this, I would admit I can’t believe we’ve gone through a string of games with wins – Newcastle away was the one where I thought we would slip. Southampton away too gave me a scare.

I think based on our recent experience, the guys feel as though they are used to winning and know or won’t accept anything else.

Plus based on our horrible experience from last year, I’m sure this time round, the Reds will want to put it right and secure the CL.

England looked to be coasting past the 359 target which I think someone said was the 5th highest ever one day total and it should be over by the second half of Villa v Albion.
