999, I actually son’t think my comment is over the top. I answered a question and what I wrote is correct. Not everything is equally good and even if all governments and political systems are flawed, some are better than others. And succes can definitly come at too high a cost.

I’m just not one of those who are blown away by City or think “it’s their turn” to be succesful. Not when their succes is the result of what it is.

Just saw that Jon Moss the Unfit is the ref in the United vs Everton game. It’ll be interesting to see how he copes this time.

I see those Thai lads that were stuck in a cave are being forced to witness a United game. You woudld think they have suffered enough stress. At HT they will be wishing they were back down that cave after watching that dross. Anyway more cynical marketing from the club that thought it was a goid idea to splash advertising all over the Munich disaster aniversary memorial posters outside their ground.

Nine there is and has always been an undercurrent of bitterness from some on here towards our success. It would seem that some can dish it out but we are always supposed to turn the other cheek right? I really can’t be arsed anymore. Cheers Jim

That’s not true Jim I said similar to srd yesterday and to his credit he took it the right way and acknowledged what he said was unhelpful to the site and backed away from it.

Of course there is an element of jealousy/bitterness towards City that goes with the territory of being the outstanding and most dominant team in the PL and City fans need to get used to that providing it doesn’t go in the wrong direction.

Yesterday was a very sad day for football with the news on Glen Hoddle and then the terrible Helicopter crash at Leicester City that seemingly has cost the lives of 5 people including the owner and his daughter yet we’re caught up in all this silliness.

It would be a shame if you picked up your ball and went home and I think you’re bigger than that.

So let’s all get back to what the site was developed for “Football debate only better”. Cheers 999
