Sean, that’s actually a fair point mate on comparison to City.
Watford and Bayern Munich aside, our performances re Burnley, Fulham, and Spurs weren’t overly great, but enough to get us over the line.
I did genuinely enjoy yesterday though and could feel something once Hendo and Milner came on.
City I would say is a goal waiting to be scored and that’s a credit to just how good they are.

6th April 2019 at 4:21 pm #36926Burnley currently leading Bournemouth by 3 goals to 1. City have to visit Turf Moor straight after their battle at Old Trafford.

6th April 2019 at 4:34 pm #36927Newbalance. For us its simple! Just have to win every game! But I just cant see that happening.
Quite a few changes for us today. Tuesday in mind. No Aguero. Pity. Still a strong bench._____________________________

6th April 2019 at 4:48 pm #36930I don’t see as though the team’s changed visibly inspite of the changed – same regular faces.

6th April 2019 at 5:36 pm #36931Any kid aspiring to take up the game and learn, there’s your Textbook. Wonderful wonderful football from Manchester City and I just love those type of headed finishes.
You have to say admirable.

6th April 2019 at 6:09 pm #36933I get the point of having a rush of blood moment and credit to the Brighton player for not retaliating, but you have to do your best as a player to not lose your rag.
Those enormous screens will replay the footage whilst making their decision, not comfortable in front of thousands of spectators to say the least.

6th April 2019 at 6:20 pm #36935Man, have the FA got this wrong or what? So many empty seats at Wembley. The idea is to get bums on seats, especially for a prestigious occasion ala Cup Semi Final.
Is it the Venue? Is it the Kick Off Time?

6th April 2019 at 7:48 pm #36940Well, I got the Mendy bit wrong, really surprised to see him start a game like this after being out so long. I was right about Walker though…error-prone, could have got sent off and would have cost us the game. We did what we have to I suppose but we cannot afford to play like that again. Fernandinho made a difference when he came on and we need him and KDB at there best on Tuesday It will be an interesting team selection on Tuesday, hope Augerro is back

6th April 2019 at 8:00 pm #36941I don’t know if the idea has been already raised but I really hope Spurs’ New Stadium is considered for such Prestigious Occasions.
Albeit one moment of brilliance from Jesus, the majority of the game as far as interest goes was bland.
And for me, Wembley just doesn’t cut it and never has been right from the word go from the transition of the old and Famous Twin Towers.

6th April 2019 at 10:29 pm #36944Wowzers, one thing I learned is for someone to point me in the direction of just Liverpool.
Nobody seems upbeat. Nobody seems happy. There’s no heart, soul or any ignition what so ever.
