Football debate. Only better
Utd meet Forest tonight in front of an expected turnout of an incredible 70,000 fans. Utd bid to extend their record as the most successful club in the competition’s history. Undoubtedly some of the best young players in the country despite the awful season for the first team. Fingers crossed for the youngsters.

United obviously had a huge advantage playing at home and with such a huge crowd behind them, they were always going to win this game and it somehow does not feel fair, any particular reason why was this not played at Wembley?

Just pure chance Blueson. That semi-final was drawn as the one from which the winning side would host the final. Massive advantage but I think we’d have got past them regardless. They looked a good side though and knocked out City, Liverpool and Chelsea so clearly have something about them.

Tickets were only a quid so that’s the reason it was a sell out. Really good gesture by United and some fans and kids will have gone who normally cant get a ticket for a first team game. United finally doing something clever and also not ripping off fans.
