Nine, understand that completely. To flip it round, I’d happily sacrifice any of our players for them to have had that extra 2 days rest. I don’t know if you saw the Palace game but Utd were running on fumes. I think Ole has messed up a bit there playing the same side far too often since the return.

Let’s see tomorrow. I think it could be a strange game with both sides capable of having one eye on the remaining league games.

I think Chelsea could surprise you. Definitely due a win against our lot that’s for sure!

I think every team has looked jaded at times we’ve all played the same amount of games in the same period Ole may have overplayed the players by selecting the same team.

I did watch the Palace v United game and thought United were perhaps a bit fortunate to take all three points I do think they were playing within themselves in the knowledge that they were far the better team and would come out winners which can be risky.

I hope you’re right and United are dead on their feet on Sunday but I doubt it adrenaline at least is likely to overcome that and United will know they can’t be quite as relaxed against Chelsea as they were v Palace. And United have a big squad and they don’t have to select the same eleven and Ole can rejuvenate the team with that in mind.

The important PL games to come next week may impact on both Managers team selections I wonder if Kante might not have played on Sunday were Chelsea not away to Liverpool and I wonder whether Frank is saving him for that?

Nine, it’s good anyway for both clubs that Spurs Leicester will be finished by the time our game starts which could be a bit of a boost to both clubs if it goes Spurs’ way.

Is extra time scrapped in the semi? Hope so. Both clubs could do without an extra 30mins anyway!

Almost a Mourinho-esque performance from Arsenal in both their recent games. Very un Arsenal like but very effective. City had no answer. Amazing how many defeats City have suffered now this season compared to last.

Playing both those teams even when they are not at there best you are going to gave little possession need to defend well and hit on the counter

Reminded me more Of a few performances we had against you lot under fergie

A certain 2-0 win at ours If I remember correctly…. Rooney and Ronaldo in 2 break aways that destroyed us whilst we had loads of possession and hugged and puffed
