Brain, you are missing someone off that defence summary. Tosin Adarabioyo. I think he will play a big part for City next season. He has been on loan at my club, Blackburn Rovers, this season and he has been a revelation. Calm on the ball, fantastic passing ability and more importantly, can defend. Look out for him next season.

Tugay…you are right, I watched the lad play a couple of seasons back and he looked good then. We also have another Harwood-Bellis….Not sure I have name right, memory going a bit who I think will be good and a CB as well

Stick or twist now on Sunday for Utd & Chelsea. Chelsea will be glad of the 2 days extra rest compared to Utd, who looked lethargic against Palace. Both sides have 2 huge games within a week of this semi that will decide whether they can target the top players in the summer with CL football or have to settle for the next tier of player.

That said, an FA Cup final would be a massive step forward for either side especially if they were to upset the odds and then win the thing.

Could well be the first ever semi that sees both sides rest their top players. Whilst that would be sad to see, it’s in many ways understandable with the games coming so rapidly at the moment.

Kante out is a big miss for Chelsea bot selectiond will be strong for both teams imo United rested Matic with this game in mind.

I would be tempted to play Christensen in the holding role.

Very tough game United’s front 3 fed by Fernades are capable of winning a game even if they are playing poorly as a team.

My money is on a all Manchester Final.

Our players are shot to pieces though and have barely had any rest. The extra 2 days for Chelsea could be huge. We’ve played pretty much the same side for about 5 games running (aside from resting Matic yesterday and Shaw being unavailable).

I hope you’re both right but I think we could get overrun in midfield if we play a 3 of Matic, Fernandes and Pogba and 3 up top. They looked very unbalanced against Southampton. I’d prefer us to go with an extra man in midfield. My front 6 would be:

Matic
McTominay/Fred & Pogba
Fernandes
Rashford & Martial

So Greenwood dropping out for the extra man in a midfield diamond.

Why would Utd,Chelsea,and Arse bother,I dont know.Anyone reaching the final will get spanked by City.But I guess its a cup comps,so you never know.Myself,much rather the FA Cup than finishing 4th-its a trophy.
