This break has dragged like a familiar International Break. We are in February and getting closer to normality. Well at the very least, life can serve us with the FA Cup. I’ll personally have some of that as my Team is still in it to win it 😀
Now, one good thing for sure as far as TV Coverage goes in England is that some ties are shared across different broadcasting networks and a certain well known 2 means, they’re free to watch 🙂

4th February 2022 at 11:31 pm #194013Amazing that their goal was allowed to stand after the handball. Usual problem with Utd not taking their chances though so nobody to blame bur ourselves. Not surprised.

5th February 2022 at 4:02 am #194015I know the rules on handball changed, but that goal was ridiculous. I support the accidental ones where they deflect accidentally onto the hand, that I am fine with. But the Boro goal was down to a really shit touch, nothing accidental about it. Should have been a Manure freekick.

5th February 2022 at 5:42 am #194016The reason that handball which led to the equaliser was not given is cause the rules say it was not intentional which it obviously was not, however I have seen many unintentional decisions given especially against Chelsea and other clubs so it’s a very grey area, they need to make it clear but they never do.

5th February 2022 at 5:49 am #194018United can only blame themselves cause those chances Ronaldo, Rashford and Fernandes had were way too easy to miss

5th February 2022 at 6:48 am #194019I looked at the handball revised rule and cannot understand why the Middlesbrough goal was given. However United shouldn’t really complain too much. They had enough chances.
One of those days._____________________________

5th February 2022 at 10:13 am #194020Should have been a Manure freekick.
Foxy, I’ve not seen the term “manure” used to refer to Utd since school! 😄 Does this mean I have to start calling your lot Leicester Shitty? 🙄

5th February 2022 at 10:15 am #194021But yeah, joke of a decision. All hell would have broken loose if it was Utd getting that decision.

Do you think Rangnick has made a significant difference?
And what do you think of Ronaldo on £500,000 a week. Also who do you believe will be the next manager ?

5th February 2022 at 10:40 am #194023Adlab, re Rangnick, you can see the style changing gradually but I said all along this wasn’t an overnight fix. There are clearly problems beyond the pitch, evident by the mass clearout which has already started this January and will continue in the summer. Yet to be convinced but still so early.
Ronaldo, his salary is no surprise and doesn’t particularly bother me. He’s added more value to the club than he’s cost us. He’s saved us on numerous occasions this season but it’s becoming clear those moments are becoming less and less frequent as age catches up. I’m of the opinion it wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world if we missed CL, meaning he moved on. Some massive wages coming off the wage bill this summer in Cavani, Pogba and potentially Ronaldo, Martial etc. Probably more. That would free up a lot of budget for a new manager.
Hopefully Ten Hag will be the next manager. A risk, yes, but one I think we need to take.
