In the end thoroughly deserved win for City but a great performance by Cheltenham. Thought their centre halves should have done better with the City goals.

Had a bit of 90s feel this tie. Imagine if there was a packed ground.

I don’t think the Magic’s lost totally, but one stand out for me as far as commerce and fans go is that this competition should be more in the hands of terrestrial tv viewing, ala the BBC.

This is the FA giving something back fans of football who are confined to lockdown.

City’s passing and movement off the ball very pleasing to watch. Plus, it’s one touch, decisive and not having to take too long. You have to have runners because it’s always going to give opposing defenders more to think about and take them out of their comfort zone.
