What’s uncovered is in line with the offside laws so as long as the decisions made abide by the laws in place then we have to accept. Refreshingly, what I am seeing is bias put to one side and opposition actually turning around and expressing “that goal should have stood”.
I was quite appalled by the Forest equalizer that other night. That would have stood in the 90s.

29th January 2023 at 11:12 am #203337Well, feels like a long time since watching the Redmen kick a football on live television. Be a tough tough tie no doubt. Brighton are a good quality outfit that should be respected.
Need to take treat this one with the respect it deserves and the players really need to turn up this afternoon and put in the yards.

29th January 2023 at 1:49 pm #203338We’re still being caught by playing a higher block. It’s the counter-attack of Brighton. I get the feeling of repeat names selected for the reasons to familiarize their playing positions and being allowed to establish themselves to a settled team of this particular group of individuals.
This formula clearly needs time and work. Shades of Salah there, but he is still being marked. Much will be depended on from the energy levels of Keita today to pose any level of threat and danger.

29th January 2023 at 2:18 pm #2033411-1 seems far, thought Brigthon started better, Pool got better the more the half went on, certainly the best 45 mins of football I’ve seen this weekend and could go either way in the 2nd half…

29th January 2023 at 2:19 pm #203342Silly deflection, but why aren’t we alert and proactive in the first place? It’s the same outcome with set pieces. This reminds me of an early 90s team lacking any authority and easily bullied by others.
I’d be surprised if we edge this with this 11 on the pitch.

29th January 2023 at 2:22 pm #203343Don’t know what you think Liverpool lads but I think you are quite lucky to be level at the moment.
I think you need Nunez on to worry them with pace. Still think you will win._____________________________

29th January 2023 at 2:25 pm #203344I think the benches <re going to come into play here, no idea who’s sitting on either side, but you would have to think Pool’s would be the stronger of the two… but will it be too late?

29th January 2023 at 2:29 pm #203345Adlab, we’ve declined and turned poor it’s a sorry state of affairs and disheartening to what we’ve become. We’re a grade D at best. We are below average.
It’s like teaching a professional swimmer to swim 5 meters.
