8th January 2023 at 5:13 pm #202461Think United could come very close in winning the FA Cup Ed. I believe Pep and Ten Hag could lock horns either in the Semis or the Final itself. As for us, we’ll sadly crash out. Real Madrid will be the final nail in our coffin for an awful season.

8th January 2023 at 5:18 pm #202462Too many players injured having just viewed the player injury list. Been tough on Potter in his defense.

8th January 2023 at 5:19 pm #202465Our luck in the draw will run out soon Nil. Would absolutely love a cup this season though. Would snap your hand off for top 4 and the League Cup.

8th January 2023 at 5:23 pm #202469Without rubbing the salt in the wound, should Havertz not have been booked for that handball?

8th January 2023 at 5:27 pm #202471Wow, even shearer and Lineker going in on Potter.
They be first to criticise chelsea if they sacked him.
Can’t anyone remember how stupid pep looked in his first season with a far superior side to this?
I just hope that boehly ignores it and all his focus is on rebuilding the team because let’s face it we saw the same shit from us under tuchel last season and start of this one. Ultimately it really is a long term project here.

8th January 2023 at 5:28 pm #202472Mikus no, but he deserves a red based on his performance alone.

8th January 2023 at 5:33 pm #202473We were never going to learn anything new about Potter after playing away to this City side Lucky. Yes, he’s having a tough time, but City can do this to any side and Potter hasn’t had a single window yet. Ridiculous to suggest he should be gone. Boehly would have know when bringing in a manager like Potter that it was going to take time. Look how crap Arsenal were under Arteta.

8th January 2023 at 5:38 pm #202477Potter does need time, but what is going on with the Chelseaβa recruitment. Everything just seems gung ho and no strategy at all.

8th January 2023 at 5:43 pm #202479Tbh Adlab, I’ve never understood the hype about Koulibaly. I don’t think he’s ever been as good as he’s been made out.

8th January 2023 at 5:43 pm #202480I think Potter took a step too far going from Brighton to Chelusa, bit off more than he can chew… and the new owners are seemingly going to be adopting a few US sports practises too which I think will backfire. Time will tell, of course, but I’ll be amazingly surprised if Potter is stll there in 18 months.
