28th November 2018 at 9:38 pm #28596Another unbiased night on BT Sport with Mcmanaman, Riese and Owen. Last night for the United game it was Rio, Scholes and Hargreaves.?

28th November 2018 at 9:51 pm #28598Spurs need another one otherwise the 2-1 head to head loss if both Inter and Spurs finish level on points will count in Inters favour.

28th November 2018 at 9:51 pm #28599AnonymousGET IN! We live to fight another day!
999 – donβt worry about biased pundits. BT also have Paul ince saying he wants spurs to lose. Can you imagine them doing that to United or Liverpool.

28th November 2018 at 9:56 pm #2860027… but still better than a draw which would have meant out all together…
… papers are also saying we’ve got a better “head to head” something about away goals, so beat Barca (at Barca) and we’re in like Gooseman with his special pulling pants on!

28th November 2018 at 10:01 pm #28602True enough Chucky but Spurs have now got to beat Barca not impossible as they’ve already qualified as Group winners and may rest a few and hope PSV get a result away at Inter.
Yep correction the goal Spurs scored away at Inter would send them through if they finish level on points. Good luck I hope Spurs do it.

28th November 2018 at 10:03 pm #28604Thought we were poor and itβs time for me to stop defending our attack. In fairness thereβs no one to create for them
Midfield is poor. Itβs only matter of time before we are found out as we are not playing well

28th November 2018 at 10:05 pm #28606Anonymous999 – we have to equal inters result in the final game. Our away goal puts us ahead of them in the head to head.

28th November 2018 at 10:07 pm #28607Sean, 2-1 flattered Liverpool midfield is Liverpool’s achilees heel. Still got a good chance of going through though. Can’t see you not beating Napoli at Anfield with everything on it.

28th November 2018 at 10:08 pm #28608Paxton, yes just corrected that above every chance of a Spurs winning in the Camp Nou with nothing on it for Barca.

28th November 2018 at 10:10 pm #28609AnonymousNine, I think we’ll struggle to beat Napoli. As for flattering things, 11 men flattered PSG..
anyway Im knackered and wanna just go to bed. Poor match that we looked second best in. Some players were better thna others but Firmino was awful and needs to be dropped. He’s rubbish this season and if Klopp learns one thing from tonight it’s that we cant keep starting him. Enough is enough.

28th November 2018 at 10:33 pm #28610Agreed nine. We spent big money on the two lads so we need them to step up
In truth we havenβt been great all season and we be found out soon enough
Huge task to qualify now

28th November 2018 at 10:45 pm #28611Sean, agree with that although I think Liverpool’s biggest miss in midfield is creativity which is not helping the front players and I’m not sure either Fabinho or Keita will provide that. Still every chance of going through though despite the 3 away defeats.

28th November 2018 at 11:28 pm #28613I can’t see us beating Napoli at all let alone by 2 goals, I think they’ve got our measure. I’ve been saying it for weeks we are nowhere near last season & we will get found out as the season goes on. As much as I hate to say it it’s happening now. Our midfield is s***, we have zero creativity there. Rob Texas also pointed out on TT & got the usual oh we are 2nd so it can’t be too bad. We have been scraping by in some games but it was never going to last.
All focus now on the EPL & hoping c$ty go through the stages & take their eye off the boil a bit in the EPL. I can’t see it with their depth but we live in hope. I just hope the wheels don’t copmpletely fall off._____________________________

29th November 2018 at 6:12 am #28615It’s strange when you consider how good Liverpool were last season in the a Champions League. As good as they were, most people said they were only short of a decent keeper, a World Class CB and a player like Keita. They spend tons on those three positions, buying amongst the most expensive players in those 3 positions, and they look less capable than they did last season. There is absolutely no logic to it.

29th November 2018 at 6:17 am #28616Since when did logic ever apply to footy? π
Logic suggests you must be mad to support a team that starts with Arse…

29th November 2018 at 7:41 am #28618And speaking of logic, what has happened to Disco Sisisiissiskkko lately? Been our best player for the last 6 weeks or so I reckon, looking like a proper footballer!!! That’s defying logic!!
