That’s fair enough Brian. But if cost is an issue, if any club can afford to massively reduce ticket prices, it’s City. City don’t need more money. Surely it’s better to have a full stadium? It’s one thing having expensive tickets when the demand is there and the club needs the money to operate but City have neither seemingly.

Nine, I hope you are feeling better, I know how you must be feeling because my neighbour is going through exactly the same as you and appears in same time frame, we are doing what we can to support him because he lost his wife earlier in the year as well. It makes my problems insignificant when I know what you have to go through so I am rooting for you as well. Anyway…you know you can always be entertained reading our posts or better still watching City!!!!!

Brian, thank you for yours and everyone’s very kind words and thoughts.

It’s not just me It’s been really tough for my wife too.

We had to cancel our holiday to Cornwall with friends because my immune system is so low and that impacts on what we can do and where we can go which in reality is currently nowhere until well into the New Year. I don’t know what I would have done without my Wife though she’s been a brick and talks me up when I’m down and tries to put a positive spin on everything.

On the positive side I’m almost up to half way through my treatment now albeit it will go into the New Year but we’re coming up to a crucial period now which includes new scans and an assessment of those scans which just adds to the pressure on us both.

We’ve not been helped this week by one of our beloved dogs being suddenly taken seriously ill and having to have major emergency surgery which kept her in the Veterinary Hospital for 3 days with my Wife visiting her every day our dog is home now but my Wife is having to look after the both of us now and she won’t leave our dog at night yet so she’s sleeping on the sofa with her every night.

What it has done is to put football into perspective.😊
