Pains me to say it, he has to go down as my favourite non United player within the last decade. The way he controls the game is just brilliant, a magician on the ball.
Yet what surprised me is how he has not got 1 individual accolade to show for it. He reminds me of Paul Scholes who was similar. Just does his job, does it well and never wants to be in the limelight.
One of the best playmakers in the PL era to date. Yet is amazes me how there is very little recognition for his efforts. In my opinion in Spain, Germany and Italy, he would have won a few too.

Ye said it to city lads in here a while back that he could be their best ever player.
World class. 32 now but they have a ready made replacement in Bernardo Silva who is getting better and better

David Silva is a pleasure to watch, always thinking and gifted at passing the ball into spaces nobody else has seen.You can mark him tightly but you will not do it for 90 minutes, he will always find a space to do damage. One of the few players I enjoy watching football for
