A 1-0 would have to me before Kick Off would have been enough.
Sometimes you wonder the negativity, in majority in what it feels to try and raise yourselves when the chips are down or when there is a challenging situation.
We have to stick together considering the vitriol on social media posted by opposition fans.
Thankful wholeheartedly and feet to ground, but will digest all this and enjoy the MOMENT π – Yessss!!!!!

Just delighted from our own country point of view we have Spurs, Man United, Man City and Liverpool advanced. Happy. We just proved when it comes down to it, our true worth against many of these European Clubs so far that probably have been placed from the start on a Pedestal.

Great win for Liverpool as Mikus said Bayern looked stale but let’s not let that take anything away from a significant Liverpool win. Congrats to the Liverpool lads on here particularly Hightown who was in Munich.
4 PL teams in the last 8 suggest a first CL win by an English team since Chelsea won it in 2012.
Big win for Barca the draw will be very interesting.

All the PL teams will want to avoid each other and draw either Porto or Ajax despite their win in Madrid.
Apart from drawing each other Barca and Juve are the teams best avoided.
I’ve got a feeling we might see another City v Liverpool match up. Friday will reveal all.

Jeez where has this away form been in recent weeks? Very good clinical display from our lads & to have 4 EPL teams at this stage of the competition is amazing. IMO the C/L suits us better with these 2 leg games are our best chance of winning a trophy so I hope we continue to perform.

Wow. At Munich airport waiting for a flight in an hour. What a great night! Arguably Liverpool’s best ever away performance in Europe. Very impressive indeed. Beer great, football great, stadium magnificent, Bayern fans awesome ( despite Nils rant). Just a thoroughly enjoyable 24 hours. Could sleep for a week now!

Oz, that’s been the struggles mate re the Prem. Brighton away was our last win. This is why to me, it’s vital we stay in the CL so we are forced to face teams away from home and deal with the situation.
I’m a lot more confident now with our away fixtures because we have shown what we’re capable of.

I want to avoid utd particulary then city and spurs. Couldnβt face a qtr tie with utd

As for predcitons, I’m going to 2 all Prem quarter finals, with Barca and Juve being kept apart (therefore getting AJAX and PORTO!)…
Still can’t believe the farce that was Barca’s peno last night, they reviewed it and still gave it!! It seems it’s an offence for a defender to put their foot underneath the studs of the attacking player these days… crazy decision!
