Not on our game tonight really and Eintracht are a useful side the Chelsea defence was flimsy through the middle, thank goodness for Kepa tonight.
Hazard not at his usual level hopefully heβs saving it for the Final but a great Hazard penalty to clinch a Final place.
Without RLC was injured Iβm confused with him going off but I’ll wait for Sarri’s explanation.
Rode our luck with the two off the line but well done to Luiz and Zappa there.
We will have to play much better v the Goons hopefully Kante might be back.
Top 4 and 2 Finals under a new Manager in a brand new League to him in a transitional season isn’t too shabby.
Just pleased we don’t have to go to Leicester on Sunday and win for a top 4 spot were running on empty at the moment with the injuries and all the games.

10th May 2019 at 7:49 am #40544Ye nine it was a very strange one to take rlc off mate. The crowd didnβt agree.
I can see what your saying about sari. Itβs plain to see heβs not that popular and just makes some bizarre decisions.
Still top 4 and a cup be a very good season but I just donβt think sari will be accepted by the crowd.
I watched the 2nd half. All about getting to the final mate. Huge congrats
Arsenal look very good going forward. Itβs actually a tough one to call.
Stevo , brave line up from
Emery last night with Ozil playing behind the two guys. Some great finishesUsually all day long I would fancy Chelsea but I really think arsenal can cause Chelsea problems.
Tough one yo call

10th May 2019 at 8:45 am #40546AnonymousSean, TT’s site has some very dodgy javascript going. I haven’t have any problems with it for a while but it messed up my browser before. So bad that just reinstalling it didn’t sort it and eventually it was resolved when I reinstalled windows (potentially for another reason).

10th May 2019 at 8:54 am #40547Anonymous“Maneβs 200 Mil for Madrid Mav lol ?”
I was about to say that there isn’t a hope in hell that we’d sell Mane for 200m.. but you cant ever be sure can you? How much a player who seemed happy will suddenly turn around and do whatever he can to get out…
The thing is though, Mane is irreplaceable. Where is there a player who can step into his shoes, that we could sign.. and he wouldn’t be a big step down? I dunno, maybe Klopp and his team know of such a man. They do surprise us all the time . However, I just hope Mane wants to stay.
This is one pitfall of potentially finishing the season with another near miss. Players might think that they have a better chance somewhere else. The fact is though, if you make the final of the CL, you’re only 90 minutes away. One more top performance!
I really hope it’s not a case of Klopp’s project resting on the PL or CL, this season. I would rule it out entirely , only I’ve been around long enough to know that players can be mercurial.

10th May 2019 at 9:58 am #40549You bunch of numpties… all good!!! Had an emergency work trip and spent 48 hrs without a laptop (for security purposes… bloody oil refineries!) and forgot my password so I couldn’t use my phone!!!
Back in the office now, on my way home from the airport, haven’t seen Wednesday’s game (hopefully it’ll be on my box thing tonight so I can watch the re-run!) but do know the result!
So, the big question, does Engerland get to keep both trophies after Brexit?? π

10th May 2019 at 10:02 am #40550Real are obviously going to be very active this Summer but if they bought every player they are linked with in the Spanish press they would be spending well over a Β£billion this Summer and I don’t think even Real can afford that.

10th May 2019 at 10:08 am #40552As long as they buy all the non-Spud players, I don’t mind!

Pretty funny alright that during Brexit tinkering, the English sides fight desperately to stay in Europe, successfully too! Sorry to hear that you missed the match. It was insane. Definitely get your hands on the full match and enjoy.
What are your lads thoughts on Mkhitaryan not being allowed to play in the EL final only because of his nationality?
I think it’s an absolute disgrace (assuming something cant be worked out). If people aren’t aware WTF I’m talking about, it’s that Armenians are not allowed into Azerbaijan. They were or maybe even still are at war.
The thing is though, why the **** have they been allowed to host the final at all knowing that they are discriminating against people, to the point of them not being able to represent their club… That’s just plain wrong to me and honestly, Arsenal should demand that he’s allowed to play or that the venue is relocated.

10th May 2019 at 10:51 am #40554I’ll give my thoughts on the game later…
As for the Mkmkksiettyhehrinnaainn issue, just shows what numpties UEFA can really be. Off course, the answer, if ever answered, will be something along the lines of “attempting to break down barriers with the game” and “decisions are based along non-political lines”, which is of course a bit of an oxymoron, but it’s UEFA… no doubt it went there because they had the biggest “brown envelope”.

10th May 2019 at 11:11 am #40555Maka and Chucky, advantageous to Chelsea if Miky doesn’t play but plain wrong.
UEFA won’t change the venue but Miky will be allowed in and play if fit. Shouldn’t even be an issue though!

10th May 2019 at 8:51 pm #40560Not really had time to myself to take all this in that has gone on. One a 6 day this week; Sunday I’ll be freed up to just chill out.
It goes without saying on Uefa Cup, Congrats to both Arsenal and Chelsea and EVERY SUPPORTER subscribed on here.
I’d say we’ve gone above and beyond and from both Competitions.
My thoughts are that in nature, a shame for one Team to potentially lose out as far as the final hurdle goes. I dunno what else to say feeling sort of part guilty, but in reality, there’s only 1 trophy up for grabs.

11th May 2019 at 9:04 pm #40584Dunno if anyone knows of this, but apparently, Flights, Hotels Tickets et al in ‘Price’ has all SHOT UP. Lol, doesn’t surprise me as people out there will leech for a Money-Making Opportunity.
I probably would myself, but if I’m in comfort, I’m sincerely not Greedy at all – A Weird Socialist Haha Once I’m Sorted π π
Seems for the ‘Full Outfit’ we’re looking at 5 GRAND.
At best, I can see it for reasons ‘Tim Henman’ fans as I’ve often used to term to describe the Analogy, but surely, Season Ticket Holders have to be protected by Liverpool Football Club and Tottenham Hotspur Football Club???
On a bit of a Footnote: A Customer I dealt with Today made a point about the option of the All English Final being played At Wembley. I agreed with his point in principle and made a point that it’s ultimately UEFA that HOLD THE CARDS.
Personally, grown up Old School, Wembley now is and has always been like an ‘O2 Arena’ and NEVER IN MY EYES lived up to Traditions of WEMBLEY STADIUM as it should be.
So a NO.
A HOT Country Perhaps as in the AZTEC STADIUM – Haha π

13th May 2019 at 4:15 pm #40774Nervously looking forward to this one, got to break the finals hoodoo sooner or later so hope it’s in this one. I honestly thought they got the better of us at Anfield & they certainly didn’t deserve to lose, however I’d like to think our lads will be pumped after getting so close in the EPL so I’m not sure what will happen. Hopefully we will see an open game with 2 teams going for it but I suspect it’ll be a cagey affair until someone scores. I just hope it doesn’t go to penalties or the ref plays a part. I’d really love to see us go full throttle as I honestly don’t think they could go with us but as I said I don’t think that’ll be the case. May the better team win.
