You do realise if you do a bit of back-tracking, you’ll find I declared myself to be a bit of a United Fan for a couple of hours.
I do not care about Barcelona or Real Madrid. I do not dearly place these teams on a Pedestal. I care about England the Country I was born and bred in and one in which have served me.
I have no regard for corrupted Football Clubs.

They’re in need in build up play from midfield somebody first of all to be able to get a foothold, then somebody being able to make a run to support the front men, but they themselves need to drop a bit deep and collectively make it happen.

Each game is decided on it’s own merit due to whoever is official, It’s that simple and just innocent.
There can’t really be any consistency as whoever at the time is officiating has his/her own interpretation of the Rules.

Well, there is in spirit downbeat and not really good in feeling simply and purely from Tonight.
Having said that, only 1 goal conceded, but I don’t know, I couldn’t see any evidence tonight of any Goal Threat; just some genuine inspiration from anywhere on the Pitch.

Well we didn’t disgrace ourselves. Typical Barca falling down at every opportunity and not quite sure how Busquets stayed on the pitch. We needed a goal to have a chance next week. Can’t see us winning in Barcelona. McTominay very good tonight

This TAA non handball supposed inconsistency – BT Sport flagged up the much lower reaction time TAA had to react vs Rose so thatβs why one was deemed handball and one wasnβt.

Mikus@10:03pm what I originally said was “Under the new UEFA rules that looked like handball from TAA too surprised VAR didnβt review it.
There are going to be so many penalties in the PL next season with VAR if the UEFA rules are applied to the PL in the same way.
Personally I don’t think either was a penalty but I now no longer understand the handball rules since the introduction of VAR and I’m not sure who does.
My understanding of what the pundits said on BT was that the TAA incident looked more of a penalty than Rose’s because he moved his hand and arm towards the ball but the pundits didn’t think the Rose incident was a penalty.
Sean has since confirmed that the TAA incident was reviewed.
Personally I didn’t think either incident warranted a penalty.
Anyway Aguero missed and nothing was awarded against TAA so no harm done but I predict massive confusion and upsets when VAR hits the PL until officials, Managers, players and fans come to terms with it.
