We were very wasteful. And for once I don’t think Peps substitution was that great it allowed Newcastle to get a small foothold in midfield when they did eventually attack. But of course it would not have been a worry if we could have taken one of the many chances we created in the first half. 3pts is all that matters.

Jim, I knew you would mate.?

Adlab, I doubt of all the non City fans on here that anyone has been more generous in their praise of City than me and I stand by all those accolades too and thoroughly enjoyed watching them again last night too.

What’s important for City now is that they maintain or increase the gap on the chasing pack to allow them to play squad teams either side of the forthcoming CL games particularly in the Qtr Finals and Semi Finals when they are likely to come up the biggest teams.

I certainly wouldn’t write off the chances of City winning both the PL and the CL this season.

How sad was i to se Kompany injured again. How sadley i think it is, it´s maybe time to call of a great player and Captain how mutch more injuries can he take. let him stay on the training staff

felt like city never but on a higher gear yesterday. but how nice is it to se Pep has made every singel player better? Maybe Jesus is level from last season but he is young but part from that every singel one

so do we really need to strengthen the offence? a central defender is what we need no more
