Yes, it could take months but I feel both parties will want this concluded sooner rather than later, and certainly by June/July.

Every chance this case won’t be heard in time for next Season’s CL although it would be best for all parties if it were.

If it can’t be then City will ask CAS to suspend their CL ban until the Appeal can be heard which if successful and it is likely to be would leave City free to participate in next season’s CL competition.
