Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia said of the Blues’ latest acquisition: “The opportunity to sign Malang was one we could not miss. He is a tremendous prospect and we will be monitoring him closely during his loan period, hoping he will soon be back at Chelsea.
“We are very happy to welcome him to the club today.”
A graduate of Nice’s youth academy, Sarr made the leap to the French side’s first-team set-up at just 17 years old, scoring the only goal of the match on his debut in a 1-0 win over Rennes in August 2016.
A France Under-21 international of Senegalese descent, Sarr made a total of 119 appearances for Nice, bagging three goals along the way.

28th August 2020 at 11:51 am #161778Brighton away twice in just over a fortnight it appears. A friendly followed by Round One of the Premiership. Interesting choice of a friendly. A good dress rehearsal if we get it wrong the first time around.

28th August 2020 at 12:09 pm #16178067, yeah it’s a weird one obviously set up prior to the PL fixtures being announced. Very unsure about letting any sort of crowd being let in given the current Covid 19 cases in England and Wales.

28th August 2020 at 1:27 pm #161786AnonymousI really do hope despite his age uncle Thiago will do a good job and save our defence.

30th August 2020 at 9:47 am #163189I note that the devil is back over the ditch on the other site. He has not changed one bit, still taking swipes at Willian notwithstanding the guy has left. Kovacic also on his radar again even though he was one of Chelsea’s best last season. Two of my favourites and hammered by him at any opportunity. Then the attack on Thiago Silva even before he has kicked a football for the club. Simply got no time for the lad and will not post there anymore.

30th August 2020 at 10:01 am #163202I also note 999 that both Mighty Moos on here and our friend on the other site have called Thiago Silva ‘Uncle’ in their most recent posts both here and there. Is ‘uncle’ a known nickname going around that I am unaware of? Just an observation.

30th August 2020 at 10:49 am #16323367, he’s a pest buddie.
I try and ignore everything he posts because engaging with him encourages even more nonsense from him.
It’s bad for the site when he drives great posters like you off the Chelsea site though with his nonsense and sadly you’re not the first. Fortunately this is a WF free zone.😀
I don’t think there’s anything sinister about Uncle I think it’s being used to mock Silva’s age. Cheers 9’s

30th August 2020 at 11:42 am #163272Silva was a no brainier. One of the best centre backs in the works for years. A proper leader and going to be really interesting to see how he gets on in such a tough league
I think he will do great. Really rate tomori and not better person to learn off then silva

30th August 2020 at 7:55 pm #16359667, you are too good a poster on the Chelsea site to lose and you had a special connection with Jack being another Aussie etc etc.
I’ve been forced to get involved in answer to a post from WF and hopefully he will take note of that from here.
Take a couple of weeks off and come back on the Chelsea site rested and ready for the new season. Cheers 9’s

31st August 2020 at 8:34 am #164172Didn’t like devil yet accepted the description of pest. That tells me all I need to know about his intentions. My cross referencing has substance too considering the speed of reaction. 999, I am more than comfortable posting here and here only for the time being in particular. You summed him up to perfection and, yes, nothing has changed and it is all done on purpose. Highly depressing human being that I can do without, especially these days with where we are all at.

31st August 2020 at 9:53 am #16423267, hopefully my recent post on the Chelsea site dooes the trick.
Really don’t want to see you stop posting on the Chelsea site you’re one of the best posters on there and would be a significant loss to the site.
Take a break and come back refreshed. Cheers 9’s

6th September 2020 at 7:08 am #165807AnonymousThere’s actually more than a few players that need to be sold or loaned. No point in hanging onto older players who not going to make it, sell them for whatever most of them are not going to bring in much money but at least they off the wage book by the grace.
