I won’t go to that extent, but I think something needs to improve from the system. I often don’t like questioning people’s integrity. we may not know what may have happened behind the scenes. so I would rather not speculate that. Anthony Tylor has never been my favourite Ref, but I won’t question his integrity. I was so upset last night and i said some things that were unnecessary, but i took back my words, but still, I’m disappointed with our performances.

Problem with VAR is that it relies on humans to make it work both Johnson and the VAR official were poor last night and got too much wrong but there’s definitely no conspiracy.

Harsh result last night. Frustrating from players to ref/VAR BUT we are 4th still, if you would have said we’d have been 4th by 1 pt at this stage before the season kicked off, every one of us Chelsea fans would have taken that. This season was pretty much a write off, but it’s not, we are ahead of the curve, have some fantastic youngsters and have added a quality player for next season in Ziyech.

To top that off, Spurs have unfortunately for them lost Kane and now Son to injury, City are banned in Europe, i reckon it may get halved at best to 1 season.

We have RLC and Pulisic coming back from injury, ok we may lose Kante for a couple of games, but it means a more attack minded midfielder in Mount playing.

All is not lost at all lads, we should not be where we are considering we haven’t signed a new player and lost the best player in the league!

Scholes says the Chelse bench is to blame for Maguire not being sent off last night. because they have never reacted aggresively to demand a red card for Maguire. What a joke! Isn’t that a damning indictment to the standard of referees in the premier league? must they wait the Chelsea bench protest to do the job they are paid to do? that the worst thing i have heard from a pundit. there was no way the referee could have missed that even if he has missed at first sight, he had the VAR benefit of doubt. and it was beyond reasonable doubt that the foul was red card.

Chelsea.man, if you look again, Lampard was not looking at maguire when he fell. Stupid comment in anyway as you say

The main problem is how the hell can the ref not operating var did not see it as a clear red

Some of the decisions that var has not hit right is ridiculous

Maguies decision is up there as one of the worst decisions

The point Scholes was making Chelseaman was that had the bench acted a bit more aggressively then perhaps Maguire would have been given a Red card and he’s probably right but you’re also right it shouldn’t depend on the Chelsea bench Kavanagh got the decision wrong at Stockley Park end of.

It’s not a VAR problem it’s a human problem the technology was all there for the right decision to be made a human made the wrong decision.

Chelsea.man, the ref made a mistake, it happens, from where he was he may not have had a clear view and if he’s not 100% certain then he can’t give it. However he then took the easy way out, as most refs have done this season, by letting someone else review it, he can then point at his earpiece and say “it’s not my decision” well for me it should be his decision and he needs to take responsibility and review the incident himself….Pagan

You have to chuckle at Mourinho. Pulisic, Tammy, Hudson Odoi and Loftus Cheek were all out injured v United RLC has been missing all season and Kante was injured v United as was Christansen and Kante is out until mid March at the earliest.

Yet Spurs have all the injuries.?

Brilliant news from Frank’s press conference on Loftus Cheek being in the squad after 282 days out injured although Frank’s says he’s not fit enough to start

On Tammy “Tammy has trained the last two days. Probably 70%. He is in the squad.” According to Frank.

If Tammy can’t start Giroud should Giroud should be ahead of Michy now imo and probably should have been ahead of him earlier than now.
