Can’t wait to see Poncho’s line-up tonight, a bit of an injury “crisis” is brewing with no Iceman, Moose, Jan the Man, Ali (although those last 2 are suspended!), Wananammamamamya….
Reckon we might see both Harry and Nando start tonight, perhaps a 4-4-2 with a midfield diamond?
More likely a 3-4-2-1:
Boss-man
Foryth, Sanchez, Toby
Trippier, Dier, Winks, Davies,
Son, Disco
Super HarryActually quite curious to see what Poncho’s plan is!

26th September 2017 at 2:23 pm #5560Looking forward to the games tonight. City will no doubt get another big confidence boosting win ahead of a difficult trip to Chelsea at the weekend. Liverpool will win I think but it’s not the easiest place to go. Spurs have been so strong away from home and I can only see another win for them

26th September 2017 at 7:46 pm #5567Really attacking line up from Klopp.
I’m not sure about all this swapping Keepers in and out especially given Liverpool’s frailties in defence which I don’t think swapping Keeper’s helps but with the Liverpool attacking selection providing they don’t do anything really silly in defence they should win this one and probably quite comfortably.
This is the game I’m watching anyway.?

26th September 2017 at 8:22 pm #5569It can’t be as boring as the Spud game… worst I’ve seen the Spuds play for a while… and to be fair, APOL deserves the lead they don’t actually have yet…

26th September 2017 at 8:34 pm #5571Well…. half-time and I have no problem admitting Spuds don’t really deserve the lead that they have. Toothless up front (apart from about 3 seconds!), looking utterly devoid of ideas in midfield, and the defence is all over the place with what looks like a back 3 of Toby on the right, Sanchez in teh middle, Davies on the left, with Weirdy Beardy playing RWB and Trippier playing LWB… and Boss-man is having a shocker, does not have his head on straight at all…

26th September 2017 at 9:18 pm #5572Well Kane has just added another Β£50mil to his already extortionate price tag after that hattrick tonight.
I expected City to be further ahead than they are. Liverpool still very capable of getting a winner.

26th September 2017 at 9:32 pm #5574We were pretty turgid in the first half, but credit to Poncho, took off Weirdy Beardy, put on Llorente, played the FB’s on their proper sides and went 4-4-2…. completely different Spuds after that and thoroughly deserve the 3 points!

26th September 2017 at 9:39 pm #5575Again We’re creating decent openings but failing to put the opposition to bed.

26th September 2017 at 9:51 pm #5576We are frustrating to watch in the respect that We are creating so many openings but failing to take the chances when they arise,We will give a tonking out to someone soon when We eventually click into gear

26th September 2017 at 9:56 pm #5577Caretaker: I donβt think we will give someone a tonking any time soon. Nothing has changed with LFC, regardless of how poor the opposition is we canβt keep a clean sheet & we literally need 20 excellent chances before we score a goal. Sturridge has lost his killer instinct & we are relying on midfielders to get the goals, which isnβt really working out. I canβt see Klopp changing anything much at all so I expect the same old same old for a while yet.

26th September 2017 at 10:00 pm #5578Oz Yob Can see your way of thinking but for Me it’s only a matter of time that it will click into place,I can see us hitting someone for 5 or 6 although there will be that feeling that we will also concede a couple at the same time but i’m optimistic that it will come good sooner rather than later.

27th September 2017 at 9:20 pm #5593United completely in control here with Lukaku looking like he will get his hattrick at some point. Draw away at A Madrid would be a decent result for Chelsea. Even Celtic doing well away at Anderlecht. PSG going to take some beating this year. This Bayern side just don’t seem the side they were 2,3 years ago

27th September 2017 at 9:53 pm #5594Brilliant performance from Chelsea dominating Atletico on their own patch. Partnership between Morata and Hazard looks very exciting.
