I just hope the team don’t underestimate Roma tonight and then leave ourselves with an uphill struggle in Rome. They are there for a reason and are probably less of a surprise in the semis than we are. Play like we did against West Brom and we’ve had it. fingers crossed the thugs stay away from the team coaches too.
Anyway, cheers guys – off for my dinner and a few pints beforehand.

Cheers, Ed. Well excited, I must admit. About to have my lucky sausage, bacon and egg butty, and then off to Anfield. P’ing down with rain here in Manchester, so Jurgen shouldn’t have adry pitch to complain about tonight. Hate making predictions, but a narrow victory with no away goals is what I’m going for.. As a matter of interest, who do the non-Liverpool fans want to win this tie? I have to confess, were it Man Utd or Chelsea playing in this semi-final, I’d be wearing my Roma top tonight! Puerile and immature? Guilty as charged!

Congrats on the win to Liverpool and their fans on this page. Entertaining game for sure! Once again Liverpool played some amazing stuff, but they took the foot off the speeder, which came at a price.
At least from a neutral POW it keeps the tie a bit alive.
