I don’t think if Spurs will surrender. they can match with Juventus if they go toe to toe. and being away in the first leg gives an advantage. if Spurs make sure they score in the first leg. then i see no reason why they can’t beat them at Wembley.

13th December 2017 at 10:43 am #8785I dunno… seen my boys struggle big time at Wembly against lesser “defensive” teams than the pizza-munchers, I reckon we’ll need at least a draw and an away goal in the first league to go through.

13th December 2017 at 10:47 am #8786I think you will find out the sometimes the occasion gives they team extra mile. they have beaten Real Madrid who has destroyed Juventus in the final last season. and according to my understanding Juventus isn’t as tough away as they are at home. so if you can score in that game just say even if it’s a loss of like 2-1 or 3-2. they i see no reason with a 90,000 crowd behind you. you can pull this one. if i was you i would be in high spirit and will be looking forward to that game with excitement. after that is why you have qualified for the CL just to face the elite.

13th December 2017 at 11:24 am #8792I agree with CM Banjo mate,Spurs vs Juve is 50%-50%.Spurs have absolutely nothing to fear, and the same goes for Chelsea-Barca imho,50-50!
I also believe United-Sevilla is 50-50 game,Liverpool-Porto is 60-40, and City-Basel is 95-5,imho of course!_____________________________

13th December 2017 at 12:09 pm #8795I reckon I’m 70/30 on your 50/50 but that’s only 60/40 on the return of Toby who’s 80/20 on buggering off next summer anyway. City would be 100/0 btw and I’d go 63/37 on Barca/Chelski, just because I don’t like Chelski…. 🙂

13th December 2017 at 12:30 pm #8796Mav…United-Sevilla is not 50-50 surely! I think that is the natural pessimism of a football supporter kicking in there! We obviously played them in the group stages and although we didn’t beat them in either game, we totally bossed them for a game and a half of those 2 games, and we’re never being against them. Can you imagine a Jose team giving away a 3 goal lead? With being at home in the 2nd leg I make it 75-25 in your favour. They’re not that good, honestly! But I DO understand your reluctance to predict a victory! Football karma, and all that!

13th December 2017 at 2:08 pm #8802HH-I see where you are coming form mate but for me Sevilla have nothing to fear from this United side either tbh! Put is this way mate,I would not be shocked to see United crash-out of the CL to Sevilla.
