Reckon Spuds, Liberools and Moneybags are all right, but Chelski’s group could be a tough one. You should, quite rightly, fancy them to go through, but I reckon they’ve got the toughest job of all.

I think all the english teams will be in last 16, good draws for all I think.
Valencia and Ajax are good sides but 3 nice short trips for chelsea to france, spain and holland.

As for the groups, I’m very pleased with ours.
Its generally quite straight forward though, teams to go through :
PSG, Real
Bayern, Spurs
City, Atalanta
Liverpool, Napoli
Barca, Dortmund
group G is a mistery alright
Chelsea, AjaxThere are a few groups where it is down to 3 alright but it’s very straight forward for the PL sides, except MAYBE Chelsea. I see them coming through it but they were dealt a tough one.
Before the draw, I asked for short flights and we got that. We also got a very favourable draw in terms of quality of opposition. As a seasoned CL viewer though, I know to be a little wary of apparently easy groups.

I would like to have a body that didnt age . i think everyone would. Thats not the same thing as living forever but ya.. as for what Cantona has to say, TBH I long stopped listening to what footballers have to say. This isn’t their strong point, as they are usually not the smartest people. Their experiences are too removed from a normal persons .

Cantona talks absolute rubbish but give me a character like him any day of the week over the boring lot we have today who have staff managing their social media accounts. Love the fact he’s in jeans and a casual shirt at such a posh event. Just doesn’t give a f*** ?

I still reckon without Cantona, UnYooUtd wouldn’t quite be where they are today. He was the catalyst for all that was good, he tipped them over that edge into “mega-commercial trophy winning cockwombles” that they are (or at least were until Fergie retired!). When you considered what they paid for him, he is still THE signing of the Premiership era for me… nobody comes close for VFM vs impact/success. I know they still bang on about the Class of 92, but he was Headmaster!!

never liked him as a person, great respect as a player he has the X factor that the likes of Ibrhimovic has, the arrogance sometimes required to be at that level and have total belioef in yourself

He did have his moments of madness, no doubt about that. To me, he just came across as somebody who just wanted to play football and hated the political nonsense that went with it. Still my favorite player of the premiership era who never wore a Spud shirt!

Cantona was a wonderful wonderful player who I feel privileged to have seen in the flesh on numerous occasions.
Cantona plus the Class of 92 plus SAF set United up for unprecedented success.
He’s obviously slightly eccentric but he’s a character. If he was playing for United now they would have probably been in the draw yesterday.
The big question though is where did Cantona park his fruit and veg barrow last night??
